The staff is very cooperative and supportive. Especially the housekeeping staff (Su***) and their sales director Mr. Ankit sharma. Food is good . Room are clean and up to the mark. Next time when ever I am going to Ludhiana, definitely I would take the same hotels . Mr. Ankit has helped me and suggest me for their other properties. Thanks to all.

Hotel is very good and hotel staff is very co operative.sepcially food quality and service.Hotel staff likeMr.Surender, Mr. Kapil and Mr.***oj Pandey those are very very sincere and good behaviour person. I like hotel staff and stay at their every time.

Stayed here for 4 days.... Overall experience was great...... Would recommend to anyone..... Staff were very polite and friendly they recommended goods famous places to visit...... They have a great initiative... Ambience also was good....... Would love to come again......

Great place to stay . I have been coming to this property since last one year and everytime i stay here is comfortable . Their breakfast spread is very good and has a lot of variety . Rooms are very clean and tidy. Thanks to Ankit ji and his team for giving a great hospitality everytime .

We stayed at the Keys Select by Lemon Tree In Ludhiana hotel twice during our trip, Would recommend it to everyone, great staff and facilities. We travelled with our elderly mother and the staff was courteous and helpful. Thank you to Sanjeev, Akashdeep, Vishal, Prem, Niharika, Anu, Gurdeep, Vijay, hospitality and above all the housekeeping staff. We were very impressed with the hotel philosophy to promote and support staff with special needs and challenges. Finally a hotel that takes social responsibility seriously. We were proud to stay at a Lemon Tree hote.

This is our 4th time stay at the Lemontree Ludhiana and it feels like we are staying with family. Great clean rooms, but what makes this stay special is the staff, from housekeeping especially Daljit, front office and the restaurant all so friendly, caring and professional. Cant wait to come back.
