カミン ルイノ(Camin Hotel Luino)

Week and Romantico a LUINO Ci voleva proprio! Ho trovato una location incantevole, elegante e raffinata. Camera da letto spaziosissima, angolare vista Lago Maggiore, una poesia romantica per una coppia che condivide la vita da tanti anni e ormai sa quali sono i gusti del altro. La consiglio alla grande in tutte le stagioni.

Staff very nice, service was very good, Elena at the reception very warm and helpful. The only "negativ " point was that it was not enough coffee in the room and the milk was expired since May 2023. Except this, perfect.

The Hotel was beautiful and in great condition. Our room had been recently renovated including an all marble bathroom. Considering the age and history of the hotel, the owners do a great job keeping it in tiptop condition.

We arrived here after a stay at a 4 star hotel on the other side of the lake which had a great location, stunning views, some superior facilities and little or no soul. I'm sure they never cared whether we were there or not. Camin has plenty of character, comfort and charm, but for us, most importantly, a warm and caring staff that understands the meaning and spirit of hospitality. It is a one of a kind venue. You are staying in a fine old mansion with plenty of history. There are many modern increments (e.g. mechanically sliding blackout blinds, rainwater shower, wifi and a large array of international channels on the television), but fundamentally you are staying in a "period piece" setting with some modern apar**ent buildings adjacent in the neighborhood. The compound holds its ground and style. There is ample parking, a cozy bar and beautiful outdoor terraces. Not everyone is able to navigate up several flights of stairs to the two floors of rooms. There is no lift, but always help with the luggage. It is a quiet and lovely oasis and a testament to the value of caring inn keeping.

Wish we had stayed here for days ...a great adventure, but way too short. Breakfast was unbelievable. Located near the lake, a real treasure. Close to all of the town and the lakeshore was a blessing.

Very nice location & staff

First impression ? Nice restored italian villa, welcoming hybrid and electric cars and star service at breakfast. BUT tiny small room under the roof, NO elevator so be prepared to drag your heavy luggage 4 stairs up. But the worst is reception : when you call ‘wifi is zero in the room’ the answer is ‘yes we know technician will fix it’. When you call next day , same answer. When you send a complaint directed to the manager, nobody reacts. Let’s bet he now finally reacts when he sees this negatieve review ? Too late

Wir haben übernachtet und 2 mal das Restaurant Leon d Oro genossen. Das Hotel wurde renoviert und hat einen Lift bekommen, grosser Vorteil, man muss nicht Koffer schleppen. Zudem gibt es einen Jakuzi und eine Sauna neu. Das Restaurant Leon d Oro war schon früher sehr gut, nun hat sich die Küche weiter gesteigert und es wurde ein Gourmet Restaurant mit Amus Bouche, ausgefeilter Küche mit viel Fantasie hoher Qualität und besonderer Präsentation. Für Feinschmecker ein Besuch unbedingt wert.
