El hotel es cómodo, muy bien ubicado. Son muy estrictos con los horarios de entrada y salida, me hicieron esperar por llegar media hora antes y no me dieron un late check out de 1 hora, sin ninguna explicación, creo que es así, pedí una toallas prestadas o en alquiler para ir a unas termas y me dijeron que por ahora nada, resumiendo, todo lo que necesites no cuentes con ellos. El hotel tiene pequeños detalles de funcionamiento, pero se ocupan rápidamente. La excepción a la falta de empatía es el desayuno y las chicas que atienden ahí, son amables, simpáticas y atentas.Lo mejor del lugar Un poco de lo que le falta al resto. En general diría que tiene muy buena relación, precio calidad , no decepciona, pero con un poco más de onda, sería muchísimo mejor. Volvería sin dudas

Desde la llegada ya se siente el confort y la calidez de este petit hotel. Emplazado en un hermoso barrio ideal para descansar. La habitación que nos tocó era súper confortable y muy bien calefaccionada. El desayuno es abundante y muy rico. Desde la recepción hasta el desayuno es atendido por gente muy amable y siempre dispuesta a darte el mejor servicio, le doy un 10 en ese aspecto. El primer día pedimos en la recepción solucionar un tema que había en la habitación y cuando volvimos por la tarde ya estaba solucionado. Es tal cual como se ve en las fotos de la página. Seguramente volveremos en otra oportunidad sin dudarlo.

Nos quedamos 4 personas sólo 2 noches en 2 habitaciones. Excelente ubicación, sobre una calle co.wrcisl y cerca de muy buenos lugares para comer. Habitaciones amias, de decoración simple. Desayuno correcto y personal amable. Una buena opción.

Reservé 7 noches directamente con el Hotel. Las fotos de la página no se corresponde con la habitación que me dieron. Las de la planta baja son de muy baja calidad, obviamente no de 4 estrellas. La habitación 2 que me tocó debe ser la peor del hotel, chica, con 2 ventanas fijas altas y una sola como ventiluz, con una pared descascarada por humedad. Efectué varios reclamos pero no obtuve respuesta favorable. El desayuno bueno y la atención de las chicas del comedor excelente
