ハッソテル(HasHotel)

The hotel was overall not comfortable. The room was big, but not practical. A fancy light panel at the door is of no use, if the lighting in the room is insufficient. The shower was not working properly, the fan was not working at all. While I can tolerate to leave the bathroom door open after a shower, I am not willing to do so after using the toilet. The worst was a piece of really sharp-edged piece of plastic in my salad. After complaining about it and not willing to pay for a such a dinner, I had to pay the water. I got pretty much no excuse from the restaurant. I will not choose this hotel again!

Gorgeous modern hotel. Wonderful, modern room with beautiful bathroom and best fresh breakfast I have had in my life with cava and dishes a la carte included in the price. We certainly plan to come back! Points to improve: coffee was rather average and no parking lot.

A very nice place to stop with great attention to detail, exudes sophistication and modernity. The reception staff, waiting staff all fabulous and very helpful. We ate in on the evening and barca mishap with disappearing starters the mains were delicious, as was the regional blonde beer! Breakfast was in the very nice restaurant area. Cold buffet looked delicious, I opted for the salmon on Guac and scrambled egg....when it arrived it was again delicious. This hotel is well placed and I shall visit again.

The HasHotel is a modern hotel with a nice interior design and a wonderful staff. The room was very modern, spacious and in a perfect condition. There's also a top restaurant on the ground floor with a very nice patio serving brasserie and gourmet dishes.

We had a beautiful, large, bright room in the new section of the hotel. Fantastic shower; balcony; great/comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests. Breakfast was great. It was buffet-style but the food was kept fresh and not dried-out. Great variety - including champagne. Would absolutely stay again if we return to Hasselt.

A coworker recommended this hotel, I stay about 150-200 nights a year in hotels mostly Marriot brand. This place was definitely worth straying from my norm. Awesome views, awesome staff, great location for work and walking. Hakan was especially helpful and pleasant at the front desk, as I returned tired he offered me a glass of wine, when I declined, a coffee even chocolate, makes one feel very welcome. All of the staff was equally accommodating and friendly. I tortured one with my French, but they all speak French and English and of course Flemish. First hotel I've stayed in with an umbrella in the room just in case, well thought out. It was also more affordable than the other hotels around and included a great breakfast buffet with the fastest cappuccino making waiter I've ever seen in the world and they were fine the day I ate breakfast for an hour as well as the time I only had 5 minutes with no dirty looks.

What a poor service…. When the waiters just ignore a table that potentially bring money but they prefer to clean other tables to be sure they finish earlier there job, these people have nothing to do in this business…. Does their boss look only their low wage instead of the capacity of the skill of his staff ?!? By the way, the food was average for the price, nothing exceptional…

Room was great including a nice view of Hasselt on 6th floor, the food was also great, very quiet place and staff very friendly and always willing to help people Breakfast service is also amazing with great food and service

Excellent room, very spacious, nice design, private balcony.. I loved everything. The room could have more windows (but this is an architectural problem the staff cannot fix). Breakfast buffet could have offered more choices, but it was ok overall.
