ルクィロ サンライズ ビーチ イン(Luquillo Sunrise Beach Inn)

Stayed 1 night on a Sunday, there was still activity in the area from the weekend. Fortunately not much noise from the restaurant and we were able to park our big vehicle in the parking area. Room was basic but had what we needed: hot water, AC even a fridge and desk. I think most, if not all rooms, overlooked the beach which is nice. The beach itself is rough but it's lovely to just seat and admire nature. I really liked that we were able to walk to the main plaza and attend Mass on Sunday night at St Joseph's Catholic Church. It was really nice. There are also restaurants and places for breakfast within walking distance of the Inn so we didn't have to move our vehicle. We paid around $150 which is a bit more that what I would pay for a simple accommodation but you pay here for the location (close to the beach and lots of foreigners willing to pay $). It was a good stay.

Located across the street from a small beach, Private balcony. Walk up stairs in the back to room. Gated parking with remote. One space for each room. Office has bottled sodas, beer, water, juice for sale. Can sign out canvas camper type chairs and beach towels. Morning coffee , fresh fruit, and packaged pastries. Quiet rooms when the restaurant is closed. Nice sized rooms. Roku tv. Blow dryer in closet. Bed too soft. Head sinks down in middle of pillows. All staff were friendly and beyond helpful. Roosters cry out in morning. Just a few cats. Office open 8-8. Safe sidewalk walk along beach. Short walk to restaurants. No Uber in this area. Luquillo is not congested like San Juan. Staff is very attentive to any needs you have. Would stay here again.

The hotel is just across the street from a beach and within walking distance of numerous restaurants. Although they say breakfast is not provided, they did have coffee, pastries and fruit in the lobby every morning which was a nice "extra." They also offered beach towels. The room was spacious and comfortable; good WiFi and pleasant balcony. The only "downside" was no elevator and having to wrestle large suitcases up to the 3rd floor. The location was convenient to shopping, the Kioskos and El Yunque. We would definitely stay there again!

This is not a resort of a fancy hotel. Don't expect the Four Seasons. And Luquillo itself is a bit scruffy in some places. But the Luquillo Sunrise Inn was a great place to stay, if what you want is a clean, well-located, reasonably priced, basic hotel, with outstanding ocean views, a beach across the street, and a friendly and helpful staff. It has everything you need to enjoy some days by the water. I enjoyed my stay very much and would definitely stay again.

This is a very nice hotel for the money. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and helpful and there's a fabulous view of the beach/ocean from the balcony. (Every room has a balcony). The rooms were a little noisy, but the fan helped mute the noise. There is a restaurant at the hotel (Suma) that's open Thursday-Saturday. It's a bit difficult to get a reservation, but well worth it! The food was fab!

No late check in allowed! Guests HAVE to arrive by 8:00 PM! 'Breakfast' was a joke. Just packed muffins and really terrible coffee. The location was unbelievable, just steps away from the beach. Rooms were pretty good.

What wonderful hotel, right across from the beach .Stayed on the 3rd floor walkup with a beautiful balcony. Clean and large modern room (would have loved a coffee maker) free coffee at the reception with snacks. We were greeted by a wonderful receptionist, who gave us all the info including our own beeper for the parking lot gate. the hotel is connected to an amazing restaurant with five-star dining. However, the hotel is close to all.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the the beach! We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves! We were greeted with friendly service and parked our car inside the gate. The kiosks are close by, however we had stopped on the way to the hotel, so I can’t attest to the walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was closed, as we arrived at the beginning of the week and the town was pretty quiet, but we found one close by. Upon check-out, we stopped in the little lobby and grabbed a cup of fresh coffee and some packaged treats for the road. It was a happy surprise to find some “Twinkies” and we grabbed those. Check-out was as friendly as arrival and even though we only stayed for a one-night stopover, we would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Stayed here for two nights. It is a nice hotel but is very basic and a little dated. Beds and pillows were not super comfortable. The hotel has a continental breakfast but it is basically honey buns and small cups of coffee- but not that bad if you enjoy on a balcony with a view of the ocean. Generally would rate a hotel like this three stars but the staff is so accommodating that they get 4 stars. Great location to go to the national park.
