房間很大，酒店設施齊全，但是酒店自己的海是填過的全是石頭很硌腳。

The property was gorgeous. However, it was overly expensive. The daily guest rate was too much, each drink was over $15, and each dinner for 2 people cost over $100. Our biggest concern was the chairs at the pool. Over 100 charis, and every single one was saved by 8am with a towel. People who got up early to enjoy the morning by the pool couldn't because there were no rules about saving seats. It's crazy for how much you pay to stay there, to not have a place to sit... by 8 AM!! Also, if you didn't make reservations for any restaurant on property, you likely weren't getting dinner. Luckily, they fit us in after 8pm both nights. Hotel staff was nice, they picked up up from our room at 4am for our flight. We however were extremely disappointed with the housekeeping, because they did not clean our bathroom for 2 days. They only made our bed. Nothing else. Bummer for how much you pay. Finally, The gnats were out of control, and we got eat alive even with bug spray. Overall, would only stay there again if I had a bunch of money and wanted to fight people over a stinken chair.

My husband and I stood in a lot of properties in Puerto Rico, and this one is the best thus far. We brought our 8 year old son and he loved it. Customer service was top tier. They made sure we had everything we needed and want.

The property was beautiful and general help (grounds, security, housekeeping, pool bar) were very nice. The only issue I had was at check in . The young woman who checked us in told us that the King sized bed that we had paid for was unavailable - they gave them all away.I said the hotel should not have overbooked them. Also, they should have offered us a discount or some other compensation. She said that "lots of people are checking out tomorrow and I will call you when one becomes available. Don't worry, I will remember." Of course we never heard from her and I was busy at conference. I could not recommend this Hyatt because of this very poor management and personnel. She was also not at all nice.

We vacationed at the Hyatt Regency Aruba last year and had such a wonderful experience that when we decided on Puerto Rico this year, we felt that we would be just as happy staying at the Hyatt Regency PR. Sadly, our experience at this location was disappointing and will not go back. 1) We requested early checkin for 9am a few days before arrival and we were not accommodated. That’s fine as we spent the day exploring the island. Regular checkin is 4pm. When we arrived at 9pm, our room was not ready. They didn’t even ask if it was okay, but was going to give us a room with King and said we can move the following day to the room with double beds. Not okay as we already had planned activities. I was fuming and expressed my frustration. They did upgrade us to beach row which definitely made us feel better. As I was waiting to complete checkin I heard other people were also waiting for hours to get checked in. Front desk said that cleaning services were very behind. 2) Around 2:30pm after spending time at the pool to get ready and go out, the shower started off very cold, then no water pressure which turned into droplets. Something must have been wrong with handling water supply/pressure when others are using the showers at the same time. 3) The beach sand was not swept and stayed unmaintained with debris. 4) This was the whopper! Day 1-2 our room was cleaned. Days 3-5 no cleaning service at all!!! I had to call for new towels. I was told that many cleaning personnel quit!
