I couldn't be happier to have chosen this hotel for the weekend in this wonderful city. Both the city and the hotel exceeded all expectations. I must say that all the hotel staff are extremely polite and attentive. The hotel has an old-fashioned style, but it is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our room was very spacious and cozy. The breakfast was fantastic, and the location of the hotel is perfect. A perfect 10 out of 10!
Modern business hotel a bit outside city center, with easy public transport close by. Our room was large, clean and quiet. The multifunctional pillows on the bed were not that great and not really comfortable. We liked the breakfast buffet with a decent selection of hot and cold food. Overall a pleasant and friendly experience.
Just completed a 3 day stay while in Lux on business. For me the hotel is in a great location - just 10 minutes from the Centre via the free buses. The stop is literally outside the hotel front door. The hotel was immaculately clean. My room was a really good size with everything you could need. Wifi connection was excellent. Final word is for the lovely people who work here - thank you! You could have not been more helpful or cheerful which is really appreciated. As a regular visitor to Lux and having stayed in many different hotels, this will be my choice of hotel going forward now!
ゲゲストThe Central City - Luxury ApartHotel (CCLA) was AWESOME! Our apartment was very large, clean, and modern. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils needed to prepare meals. The bathroom was fantastic and complete with a large walk-in shower. The property location was PERFECT - right in the heart of the city close to ALL the major attractions. Our apartment overlooked a very lovely garden behind the building. Although we were in the city, it felt as though we were in the suburbs. I have saved the best for last. My wife and I travel the entire world on a full-time basis. Wherever we are at the time is our ”home”. Because of this, the quality of the apartment staff (or hotels on the rare occasion we are in a hotel) is paramount to us. We had one of the best experiences with the property manager at CCLA Luxembourg that we have had anywhere in the world. I am referring to Jerome who was the property manager during our time at CCLA. He was wonderful to communicate with prior to our arrival and during our stay. He was very kind, and wanted to ensure our apartment was comfortable and that we would enjoy our stay. He was an EXCELLENT representative of the CCLA Luxembourg and we enjoyed chatting with him each day during our stay at CCLA!
We arrived late one night and left early the next morning, so did not notice a lot of things previously mentioned, like no coffee or tea, water etc. In saying that, our beds and pillows were comfortable and the towels were new, plush and big - definitely a change from the norm. The rooms and bathroom were funky, with quality fixtures and fittings - we liked the design a lot, although it was a little dim lighting wise. We ate dinner and breakfast there as did not have time to explore Luxembourg at all. Both meals were very good - would definitely eat there again. Check in was slow and staff (in particular the female) had a bit of attitude! It was the most expensive place we stayed in our 4 weeks in Europe - but it's Luxembourg I guess.
ゲゲストThe location is very convenient near the main train station, plus close to bus and tram stops. There is a lot of construction on the road outside the hotel, but it was not a problem. Our room was a good size, not huge, but good open closet/storage space. The bed was comfortable with really good pillows! The bathroom had a really big shower, small sink, but overall nice. Plenty of outlets/plugs, good mirrors, a long desk. We didn't do the breakfast, so can't speak to that. Nor did we go to the rooftop bar. While the lobby/reception area is small it's welcoming and new, just like the rooms. Everything was clean and new and modern. The staff was super helpful and nice. We would happily stay here again.
Review of thurs 28.12.23: Room 502 Hotel Grey Luxembourg. Quant hotel open 24 hours. Right across from the main train station. The room was modern with a safe, tea and coffee facilities, fridge, and built-in wall radio Rooms with modern decor and soundproof. The bathroom was nice with a big shower. The reception staff Sabir was very helpful. Free Wi-Fi is available. We did not have breakfast. All trams and buses are free to use. Walking distance to the tourist section. Thank you very much in the Luxembourg language: French: Merci
