ホテルのサービスは完璧です。レイクビューのペントハウスのお部屋からの眺めは素晴らしいです。湖畔にはレストランとバーがありますが、部屋までのルームサービスとバルコニーでの夕食はさらに良いです。ルームサービスもタブレットから注文できるのでとても便利です。ただし、ルームサービスにはサービス料がかかることに注意してください。 残念なことに、私たちがチェックインした部屋にはバスタブがありませんでした。次回は露天風呂付きの部屋も検討したいと思います。

スイス人として、私はスイス国内をあまり旅行したことがありません。私は普段、日本、タイ、台湾などのアジアを旅しています。そのため、スイスのホテルの質の低さにとてもショックを受けました。これに加えて私はインターラーケンにも滞在しましたが、ホテルは 15 平方メートルで 300 ～ 500 ドルという標準的なモーテルで、清潔とは言えません。 そして、それはこのホテルだけではなく、私が昼食や夕食をとった周りの他の多くのホテルも非常にひどい状態です しかし、「アールデコ」モンタナには... 最良の部分は冒頭にあります。歯車車で入り口に到達するのは素晴らしく、ロビーも素敵で、湖の景色を望むテラスは美しいです。 しかしその後、問題が発生しました。価格が変更され、チェックイン当日には同じ部屋が予約時よりも180ドル安くなりました。とにかく、スイスでは期待していなかった補償は得られませんでしたが、それでも少しがっかりしました。でも、わかった...ホテルの部屋に行きましょう。写真を見てあまり期待しないようにしていましたが、現実は悲痛なほどもっとひどいものでした。 中国やタイの同じ水準の80ドルの安ホテルに泊まりました。 ダイソンのヘアドライヤーはその印象を保存しませんでした。 最初の30分は本当に落ち込んで、ルツェルンに行ったことを後悔してベッドに座っていました。 この値段でこの作りはとても安いです。 さて、私たちは回復してホテルを出て旅行に出発しました。 しかし結論から言えば、スイスの最も安いホテルは、モンタナのような 400 ～ 600 ドルの範囲よりもほとんど悪くありません。 贅沢したいなら、1200ドル以上のインスタグラムで有名なホテルを選ぶのが良いでしょう それ以外はすべて同じ低水準です。 補足: スイスの 3 ～ 4 つ星ホテルのミニバーは無料ではありません。

丘の上に位置し、湖の素晴らしい景色を望む素晴らしいホテルです。少し高いかもしれませんが、ホテルはハイテクで、部屋は快適で暖かく、まるで家にいるような気分になります。 バスルームのアヒルも大好きです！

風景非常漂亮

When I arrived a the Art Deco Hotel Montana, the reception was very informative, warm and welcoming! Very professional and helpful in every respect! My room at the hotel was a Grand Deluxe Lakeside. I was a bit disappointed that it wasn't the corner room shown online with the two balconies, but the balcony I had provided an amazing view of Lake Lucerne and Mt. Pilatus! The welcoming glass of champagne and bowl of nuts was a definite plus! The bathroom is amazing with the rainshower and the separate soaking tub! The lemon scented bath salts provided a relaxing soak after a long day of touring. The breakfasts were simply fabulous! In fact I enjoyed this hotel so much that I stayed an extra three days even though I had pre-paid hotel accommodations at another hotel with a group tour - about a 6 minute walk away! The funicular was a fun way to get to and from the street and the walk into the city center along the lakeside was very refreshing! My stay from start to finish at the Art Deco Hotel Montana was incredible! So spacious and so bright and colorful! And the A/C was the coldest I have ever experienced in Europe! The room service was wonderful as well! This was part of my 23 day European vacation and absolutely one of my favorite hotels!

Very pretty view of the lake! Do not love the hotel. Rooms are too small when traveling with 2 large suitcases and 2 people. The bathroom is very small too. The shower doesn't work very well either in this room. Too small of an area to hang clothes because of the selves that are in the way. Hopefully other rooms ate different. The dinner in the bar was great the 1st night. The 2nd night it was closed so we went to the beach club bar but left right away. Had dinner in the restaurant. Great food a little spendy. Waitress was very patient with us.

Fabulous staff, room, views, and location. This is a true class act. Worth every penny. The private cable car helps get to and from the hotel very quickly and conveniently. We had the Suite with balcony on 6th floor and we overlooked the lake. This was an unforgettable experience.

Honestly, the experience was very very good, if I could give more stars than 5, I would. The room with those spectacular views is something my girlfriend and I will never forget. Dinner was also an incredible experience. But beyond all that, the hospitality of each of the employees is what makes the difference. Thank you all very much for such an incredible stay in Montana,

Our room was spotless and decorated in a contemporary way with excellent attention to detail. The housekeeping staff was outstanding. The location allowed us to walk everywhere and a bus stop close by for our adventures.

Somewhat more expensive than already expensive Lucerne hotels, but worth the extra money for the lake view rooms. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed and good air conditioning. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Also, an excellent breakfast buffet with views of Lake Lucerne. We also stayed here in 2014 and it is even better than the first time.

Great experience! This hotel is located on a hill above the city, take a funicular from the lobby to the street, where you can walk to the city center or catch transportation. The room was comfortable and roomy. Mini bar and coffee maker included. I especially loved the spacious bathroom, with freestanding tub and bath salts. Gorgeous views of the city and balcony were so enjoyable. Great place to stay! And the breakfast restaurant had beautiful big windows with views of the city and lake.

The location and the view is awesome. The rooms are rather a bad joke from the past - super small and with a smell from the past, no slippers, only 1 towel and 1 for the floor. Breakfast view is super, but only buffet. Price for value definitely out of range.
