クリスタル ウォーターズ(Crystal Waters)

My wife, 19yr old son and I have just spent 5 nights at this hotel having been recommended to go to Lefkada by people we know in Spetses (where we generally visit every summer). I’m very pleased I chose Crystal Waters for our first stay in Lefkada, an amazing hotel complex. The positives, firstly the staff, they are all amazing, always smiling and will do anything to help you, particular shout outs to Kristina & Ethini in Reception and the Emerald restaurant manager, didn’t catch his name! Secondly, the location of the hotel, absolutely spot on, set back from the main island road but less than 10mins walk to the village of Nikiana (beaches, tavernas, supermarkets and fabulous NV Beach Club). The hotel transfers to the likes of Lefkada or Nydri were good value (same prices as local taxis). Thirdly, our room which was a two bed penthouse sea view suite (room 193), one of the best views / terraces we have ever experienced - check out the photos, especially the sunrise ones! The design and interior furnishing of the room was superb as was the design and furnishings throughout the hotel (very well considered). And finally, what an amazing breakfast in the Emerald Restaurant and what a view from this terrace. A few small negatives which certainly won’t stop us returning. Firstly, the sunbeds at the main pool are very close together, can only imagine what it’s like in peak summer. The cabanas in this area at 100 euros a day is a bit of a joke, these were not used throughout our entire stay. Lack of service for drinks / snacks at the top pool near our room. Could one of the three pools be adults only? Finally, complimentary water every day would be nice (it’s not expensive), we only had one bottle in our fridge on arrival and coffee / tea should be replaced daily. The positives certainly outweigh the negatives and I would most definitely return to Lefkada and the Crystal Waters again (but not in peak summer season). In fact I have already recommended the hotel to good friends (Mr & Mrs Downey) who should be visiting in September. Quite location & beautiful surroundings . Rooms lovely- room service daily and excellent! We stayed B&B and we weren’t disappointed. The only downside about this hotel is that the only bar is the pool bar which is open 11-7pm & overpriced! Yes, we would return due to the location. The Head Waiter is an asset- very friendly. The staff are also lovely- If you decide to stay here, you won’t be disappointed with the environment during the day. Leftkada offers a stunning and beautiful place. We have re-booked for September 2024!

Here for a Family wedding. The welcoming of the staff was lovely. Someone took the suitcases to the room and gave a quick tour if you wanted. Facilities ie pools x3 , one which has an attachment for children pool. Lovely amazing top class food served daily. Complimentary the chef and staff, who greeted and helped when needed. Staff everyone pleasant. Accommodated me by having hot chocolate . My family felt it was the Knights of the round table, as there were so many of us. The Accommodation was exquisite and so clean. I was at the top having the mose incredible view of the mountain and sunrise. There are local shops and 10 min walk to the beach, a must do. It's pebble beach so good secure shoes is recommended. People take pride of where they live. It's a place to seek solice peaceful. I would definitely come here again. Thank you for your hospitality .

A wonderful hotel! Good food, good rooms, very very beautiful and clean! And the most important thing an amazing people,workers and service!!! Big thanks and hugs to Gilliki for all the help and the patience. Definitely we will come back!!

Really loved our stay in this property. We really struggled to find a modern property with amenities and good reviews in Lefkada and this property ticked all the boxes. Really warm welcome , efficient check in. Room was nicely decorated, good aircon , safe deposit box and a kettle. Breakfast was so nice , really good produce , fresh and warm breads - genuinely impressed. The best part about this hotel however is its service - from initial comms with Eleni who was super patient and kind to lovely Anthi and reception team , really kind restaurant team Christos, Dora, Ioanna, Tzanetos . Housekeeping was amazing too - very high standards. Pool is well maintained and has premium quality sun beds. Genuinely impressed - well done

The unit configuration and design was just perfect for a small family, we had a two storey unit, whereby the rooms were satiated on the second floor, and the ground floor was made of a spacious living space, and a small kitchenette. This is in fact the best hotel in Lefkada, great location, very clean, great and helpful staff. Will definitely stay there again, as many of the people we have met in the hotel are regulars!! They go there almost yearly and stay at the same hotel.

We had a fabulous 10 night stay at Crystal Waters in June 2024. The accommodation and hotel facilities were outstanding, as were the friendly and efficient staff. Big shout out to Silia and Ali who made our stay fun and all the more enjoyable. A short walk into town and to the beaches and a 15 minute taxi ride to Nydri and Lefkada, where both towns are much busier. Not the resort if you’re looking for late night clubs or dancing, but a safe place to bring a family.

As guests of crystal waters hotel we found it strange that there was an Asian fusion restaurant in Greece. But we decided to try it as it was a stones throw away from our room. It did not disappoint. We enjoyed sushi, spring rolls, the gado gado salad, spinach salad and the beef teriyaki. The service was excellent and very attentive. Don’t leave without trying it.

such an amazing experience. an amazing resort with a stunning view and location - close to special restaurants (including the ones inside the resort which were amazing) the pool were awesome and the room was especially pretty (the presidential suite) and above all the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and answered all of our requests with a smile and a sincere desire to help (and we had some difficult requests as we came with a 3 month baby) I have nothing bad to say for real - one of the best experiences I have ever had around the world. thank you Crystal water:)
