I was with my family in this hotel for 5 days, the service was very poor, stuff behavior was careless. Got room on 4th floor (Room no 301). Asked the stuff what is the reception number they told me that the phone was not working so I had to come down from 4th floor to reception for asking anything. Geyser was also not worked every day, got hot water only 2 days in my total stay. Didn't clean the room even after informing in the reception. Manager was not available in the reception all day, most of the time reception desk was empty otherwise there was housekeeping stuff in the reception. Missed the World cup final match as they didn't pay the set-top box bill. There was an empty handwash bottle in the wash room when we ask them to refill it, they said they doesn’t provide any handwash.
