セント マルテンスレイン マーストリヒト(Townhouse Apartments Maastricht)

I stayed there about 10 years ago and since I had a good experience I thought I would try it again. My stay this time was as nice as the first time. They updated the room decors, of course. Breakfast is expensive, like in all hotel, but they can accommodate you with gluten free bread if you a dietary restrictions.

The staff here are exceptional and the little extras make it very homely. We loved the games, the free soup and the room was perfect for our needs. We could easily walk into town.

Nice small hotel close to the Maastricht main train station and close to downtown. Comfortable and nice setting. Rooms are OK , bed comfortable, bathroom rather small. Breakfast area very cosy and nice. Garage is just on the other side of the street but you need to book it upfront.

We booked the grand room as advertised on ********** which was the largest room, with a city view and a large bath. We had been riding in torrential rain for hours and decided to treat ourselves. We were allocated one of the XL rooms, as soon as we walked it it was clear it was nothing like the photos and didn't even have a bath. Went down to question this with the staff. We we allocated a room with a bath. However this room was smaller than the first and had view of nothing really. Again I went to reception and asked why we weren't given the grand room we had booked. The man on reception said there was an error on the site, he said no XL rooms have a bath. I brought up the photo of the room we thought we had booked and asked where it is in the hotel and was told it isn't in the hotel. So save your money and don't bother trying to book the grand room, it doesn't exist. On going to bed we noticed the sheet on the bed has a hole in it. We have been offered complimentary breakfast and a partial refund to be confirmed in the morning. Oh and there's no washer & dryer to use, that was also advertised. We explained that we had booked this hotel for the specifics detailed on hotel.com if we had known it was false advertising we'd have booked elsewhere.

Delightful hotel made even better by some wonderful and friendly staff. Unlimited free tea and coffee and soup if you fancy it. Very good range of hot and cold breakfast. Felt very much at home and would certainly return. A pleasant walk into the town centre

Very nice hotel, super clean and lovely rooms and bathrooms, and nice tapas free in the evenings when your ordering drinks, everyone very friendly on the morning/daytime /and evening shifts, especially the nice Italian boy and American lady behind reception so helpful always smiling, very nice to be able to get a tea or coffee in the mornings, you can also order breakfast it was superb and good quality, would definitely stay here again, keep up the good work.

Very quiet, good airconditioning and nice staff

Misschien was dit al de tiende keer bij Townhouse ( of in elk geval veel!). Deze keer hadden ze hun lobby gerestyled. Kamers zijn prima, er lag een attent persoonlijk welkomstbriefje klaar. Tegenwoordig hebben ze ook goede leeslampjes bij het bed, daar had ik een paar keer om gevraagd. Prima ontbijt ( in de buurt is ook wel een snelke ontbijthap te krijgen). En het ligt zo handig: vlak bij het station en busstation, Wyck is ook heel gezellig, je loopt zo naar de stad, en het MECC is op 20-25 min lopen afstand. De baliemedewerkers beginnen in het Engels, dat begrijp ik wel, ik ga dan vaak toch Nederlands terugpraten in mijn eigen land, voelt soms een beetje flauw maar met onze taal verdwijnt straks ook langzaam onze cultuur, dus vandaar, en ze verstaan het wel en praten ook wel een beetje Nederlands. Dus ik was helemaal tevreden

Tja.... ik heb 265 euro afgerekend voor een kamer voor één nacht.... maar dit nooit meer. Enorm kleine kamer, gedateerd en ook niet goed schoongemaakt. "Koffie"spetters op de plinten, rotzooi op de vensterbank, half dode plant voor het raam en zelfs spinnenwebben aan de binnenkant van het raam. Badkamer is prima alleen erg primitief in het aanbieden van fatsoenlijke shampoo. Toch maar iets van gezegd bij de receptie. Alles werd driftig genoteerd, maar uiteindelijk geen actie. Ontbijt is prima en sfeer beneden bij de receptie is goed neergezet. Maar voor dit bedrag verwacht je als gast veel meer.
