6日間、楽しい滞在ができました ホテルはとても良く、何も不足していません。快適で、フレンドリーなスタッフ、フレンドリーで、 スキーの一日を終えた後、SPAはとてもありがたかったです

楽しい滞在 ゲレンデのふもとで練習 格別なSPA！ 素晴らしいバーですが、サービスは 4 つ星までではありません 部屋は正しいですが、小さく、最大 4 つ星でもありません。

I really wanted to offer 5* for your 4* hotel but there is some issues . Good points The location is great right opposite the lifts in Plagne Centre, you can ski back within 10m and 20M walk in morning to get on slope then another 100M push on skis to lift. The staff are awesome, everyone I spoke to was really helpful and I cannot thank you so much for a great experience. JP Taxis service you recommended in Plagne Centre was also very good. Room was quite big enough comfy bed and good shower, nice large mirror, bed side tables and plenty of storage . Ski Shop , best one I have ever experienced in 25 years . Minus Points The hotel is too hot, I appreciate you need to keep to warm and it is not easy when you experience such variance of temp in season but I had the radiator turned off in room and it was still too warm , even slept with door slightly open. Even common areas are too hot. Food was very good and offered a great variety but it is just not hot enough, I even had breakfast at 7.15 one morning and the breakfast was just warm, you really need to sort this out. Also my wife is allergic to nuts and we can work out main meals pretty well but desserts are impossible to tell if you have nuts in them , every evening we had to ask, when all you have to do is put a note on the deserts if they have nuts or not, this is what you see in other hotels we have stayed in and offers a better overall level of service, and limits mistakes as one evening we where told it did not have nuts but it did was just lucky I tasted this dessert before my wife. .

We booked a last minute trip to get the last of the season’s snow and couldn’t have been more delighted. The hotel is true ski in ski out. I didn’t realise they have their own ski hire so we wasted time traipsing into the village. My boots didn’t fit properly but I got new boots at the hotel expertly fitted. The rooms are functional and clean and the views are amazing. I was really impressed with the quality and diversity of the food. Huge array to suit my palate (pulses, salads, roasted veg etc). My son would have liked more slabs of meat which was duly served on our last night. The spa is wonderful. Staff really friendly too. Oh and the skiing was amazing. Good dump of snow and beautiful slopes for intermediates. We went away at February and overpaid for a mediocre place that said it was ski in ski out and wasn’t and was so huge it was overwhelmed with people.

Stayed at Araucaria with my family to ski in La Plagne. The location is absolutely fantasy location for skiing, the meeting point and several ski lifts are about 100m away from the hotel. The ski shop within the hotel was very well priced, and had great equipment for beginners like us. The breakfast at the hotel was very good. The family rooms were large and comfortable for a family with two young kids. The hotel's spa was excellent with an adults and kids pool, along with a sauna/steam room/ice room. Perfect after a long day of hitting the slopes. The recreation centre was especially fabulous for the kids with board games, arcades, a movie area and a nice relaxing area for adults. Overall, it is an excellent hotel for young families. I would highly recommend it.

It was our second stay in this hotel and it wasn‘t the last one. The rooms are very nice, stuff is very friendly, the meals are very good und the spa is beautiful. We enjoyed a relaxing massage. We are looking forward to our next ski holiday in Araucaria Hotel.

Araucaria was in a great location and has a super bar area, large and interesting enough to keep everyone happy. Rooms were pretty small and hot. Staff helpful and Spa perfect after a busy days skiing.

You pay for a 4 stars hôtel but service is only à 3 stars level. Standard room very small without hangers cupboard. Food is a standard buffet without refined cooking. Spa is good. Staff in Skiroom service is very good and kind
