Service was terrible, we stayed for 3 nights, price per night was $ 310 what normally $ 126 but because of world dairy expo what was expected, but they never cleaned our room! 1st day we arrived no shampoo, conditioner, soap ect ,all 3 days we stayed no bed was made or towels brought in had to go downstairs every day to get clean towels or toiletries!!! Even got a comment we are short on towels really!!!!! This was our worst hotel stay in a long time will not recommend this hotel!!! Bad bad bad!!!

The hotel quiet new, about 1 year old which make it everything looks clean and nice. The hotel staff also helpful. The location of the hotel is in quiet place which make it more comfortable to sleep

我們一家來自香港， 因為出席女兒的畢業禮， 我們選擇訂了9天這家酒店。我們住了一晚的標準客房後， 發覺房間很小， 沒有枱， 要求服務台轉換， 服務台的小姐很貼心， 給我們換了開間房間， 面積大了很多， 真的非常感謝她！ 酒店有免費停車， 很方便， 早餐每天都一樣， 沒有變化， 這點希望酒店可改變一下！ 洗嗽用品要跟服務台取就可以， 服務台的服務也很不錯啊！！

It was beautiful hotel and very accommodating. Easy to get to and close to our destination. However, there was a fire alarm at 2am, and the wake up call at 4am was missed, so we were late to the hospital for a surgery. The next day, they missed the 7am wake up call as well! The price was very affordable for this quality of hotel, so we would probably use agaim, but bring our own alarm clock!

The property was fairly close to the hospital that we were visiting. Unfortunately, the people in the room next door were very noisy. Had the TV on loud all night, you could hear them arguing. Didn't get much sleep.

Training likely for housekeepers regarding hvac. January in Wisconsin I entered a room with COOL SET TO 61. it was cold, unfortunately this is normal for hotels in the area. It takes forever to warm a room especially when the furniture, mattress etc feels like it’s been pulled from a freezer. It is up to management to train employees, and since I reserved the room, anticipate filling with a guest and get to the room after it’s cleaned to ensure HVAC is set properly. It’s not right that I check in and have to leave for three hours while my room and mattress thaw.

Not much offering for breakfast. Layout is difficult. Was very uncomfortable. They ran out of room cards so we could only have one for the two of us. The hot tub (my favorite part of my hotel stays) was out of order. Bed was terrible. Check in staff did not speak plainly. Was a very mumbled greeting. Won't return.

Thought it was a nice hotel, check in went well, didn't have an ice bucket, front desk didn't have one so was given a trash bag.

We traveled out along with our friends and booked two rooms through *******. When we got to the hotel then girl at the desk was not at all at first willing to check and see if any rooms were available earlier to check in prior to the Wisconsin game. The General Manager was there and helped her with our check in and even went upstairs to check to see if any rooms were ready. He came down and was able to give us two rooms which was great. Upon the check in process they noted we made our reservation through *******. I had given my card for incidentals and went on our way. David the GM was gracious enough to take us into town and drop us off and told us they would pick us up after the game which was great. The next day before checking out I got a notice on my credit card that I was charge $309.99 twice for the two rooms. When i went to the front desk proline to checking out Amanda said we were not charged. I waited the days to follow for the charge to drop and it didn’t. I was charged. I disputed through my credit card, the hotel and *******. I am still in dispute status. David did check and seen I was charged and refunded the amount. Then the refunded amount disappeared on my card. All in all everything was great up until being charged twice for two rooms. NIGHTMARE.
