アクティブ & ファミリエンホテル アドラーネスト(Aktiv & Familienhotel Adlernest)

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenage boys, and a large dog) stayed at the Adlernest in July 2023. The overall conclusion was, wow what an excellent visit! To be more specific: Room: We had a family suite with 2 bedrooms, a living room, bathroom, and a balcony. Also, plenty of storage space. The layout suited us perfectly as the boys had their own space, and our dog could be left in the shared space/balcony during meal times. Dog Friendly: The hotel advertises as being dog-friendly, which indeed it is. Our large 30kg (60lb) dog was welcome in all areas, except the restaurant and spa/pool areas. Food: 5 star from taste to presentation!! I often had the fish which was always cooked to perfection, or a vegetarian option which were likewise delicious. My boys and husband are carnivores, and the meat options, including the option to try local dry-aged beef, were all cooked perfectly and met with great enthusiasm. One son has a dietary constraint, and the resulting menus that were served to him were equally as good (thank you!). Desserts were also amazing! Activities: We used the gym, which had all the equipment we needed. We did not use the saunas, but the boys enjoyed the pool every day. Most of our time, however, was spent with outside activities, for which the hotel is ideally located. The front desk was both patient and very informative with all of our questions on what, where, and when -thank you! We did a few days of hiking, a day of mountain biking (the hotel has an agreement with the local bike rental shops for the bikes to be delivered and picked up at the hotel, which makes it very easy!), a day at the incredible rope-park, that's just up the road (by car or bus), and mountain carting. Gin tasting with Matthias (hotel owner) - this was really interesting, and we were surprised at how much we learned, from the history of gin to the different distilling methods, to how the experts taste. If you like Gin, we highly recommend this tasting and Matthias' own gin called Nest. Staff: Excellent service! Though everyone was wonderfully helpful, we would like to give a special shout out to Simon for his wine recommendations, for sharing his knowledge of the different local wines, and for his very kind offer of a home-made ginger and lemon tea for the one evening when our younger son was feeling unwell (too much dessert!). All around, an excellent stay at a superb hotel. Thoroughly recommended.

The friendly family hotel with great bar and excellent kitchen. The standarts are very high. There is big swimming pool with salt watter and wellnes for your relax after skiing or hiking. There are many oportunities for your kids in this place. They will have no chance to be bored.

We made a fairly last minute decision to spend our holidays in the Val Senales and found availability in this hotel. We have stayed in various KinderHotels in the past but the Adler Nest was by far the best, Mathias and the rest of the team are welcoming and attentive to the needs of their guests. The food is fantastic, great quality and variety with a mix of fusion cuisine and local specialities with a modern twist. A special thank must go to the Adler Nests very talent chef Daniel, our daughter has various food allergies and at Adler Nest we really felt we could relax because of the care and attention all the waiting staff and the chef paid to the preparation of her meals. She was never offered boring alternatives to what we were eating but often had the same dish minus the nuts/seed/ fish etc. Our vegetarian children were also well catered for . The activities for children and teens offered by the hotel are also among the best we have experience; rock climbing, mountain carting, nature walks. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, even the older "retro rooms". The staff at reception have a lot of useful advice to give about the miriade of excursions available locally- thank you Deborah! We had such a wonderful time that we took advantage of a last minute cancellation to come back a week later and spend another week in this enchanting location.

Direi semplicemente all'altezza delle aspettative, gentilezza competenza nel soddisfare le richieste per una vacanza all'insegna del divertimento, relax e scoperta del territorio. La giornata tramonta con la cena da cucina stellata. Davvero unici i piatti proposti. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Bambini e genitori rigenerati. Grazie! Speriamo di tornarci questa estate per i nuovi colori...e il nuovo menù

Struttura a gestione familiare, grande professionalità e disponibilità. Particolare attenzione riservata ai bambini, con una vasta offerta di servizi di animazione. Colazione e merenda eccezionale, cena da ristorante stellato. Super consigliato

Family suite superlativa! Grande cura nei dettagli sia nella camera che in cucina (prodotti di qualità eccellente). I nostri bambini (di 7 e 10 anni) hanno partecipato super volentieri alle attività del baby club. Personale e pulizia al top. Per i più piccoli (intendo 0-2 anni) forse la piscina non è l' ideale.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel nel week end dell’Immacolata… struttura ben curata negli spazi comuni ( piscina, centro benessere ,ristorante).Mini club piccolo ma funzionale, sala giochi per grandi e piccoli a disposizione con giochi gratuiti(biliardino ,Ping pong, freccette..). Il personale di sala e le educatrici del mini club molto gentili e disponibili. La camera con arredamento basico non all’altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle. La cosa più grave sono stati i problemi di caldaia! Per due sere di seguito ci siamo fatti la doccia fredda perché l’acqua calda era finita, hanno addirittura spento il riscaldamento per cercare di far scaldare l’acqua sanitaria più in fretta! Risultato: acqua fredda e camere fredde! Non siamo riusciti a scaldarci in entrambi i giorni e dopo una giornata al freddo in giro scaldarsi è prioritario per il cliente, soprattutto se si hanno bimbi a seguito come nel nostro caso!

Siamo già stati nel 21 e 23. Gentilezza del personale ottima, belle camere e cibo superlativo. Piscina carina (un po' scura ma ben tenuta), zona relax, spa e palestra ottimi. Ritorneremo nel 2025! Fantastico!

Vacanza meravigliosa in famiglia!! Struttura impeccabile. Offerta di attività per tutta la famiglia, relax, ristorante buonissimo, stanze bellissime! Un posto dove staccare la spina e rigenerarsi per adulti e per i bimbi un’occasione di divertimento e socializzazione!
