Location was phenomenal. Staff was great. Hotel itself was very nice. Only downside was no noise at all in room. As no noise from a/c. With it being so quiet you could hear the street noise all night long. Like people partying and sirens off and on. It’s on a busy street so needs some kind of little noise machine to blend out the outside traffic and noise.

私たちはこの中心部の便利な場所にあるオートグラフ ホテルでの 6 泊の滞在をとても楽しみました。特典交換滞在のジュニアスイートへのアップグレードでアンバサダーとしての地位を認めていただいたことに感謝いたします。当初はウェスティン パレス ホテルを予約していましたが、切り替えて良かったです。非常にスタイリッシュでモダンな、申し分のないホテルで、優れたフレンドリーなサービスを提供しています。毎日の朝食で一流のサービスを提供してくれたカレンに特別な感謝の言葉を送ります。ちなみに、ビュッフェ式朝食は、他のホテルよりも量が多いわけではありませんが、非常に美味しく、メニューと合わせると 5 回の朝食で十分すぎるほどでした。チョコレートのパンケーキが気に入りました。いくつかのレビューに記載されているように、週末には街路の騒音が多少ある場合がありますが、素晴らしいロケーションとホテルのハイライトはそれを補って余りあるものです。ここに滞在することを強くお勧めします！

妻と私は、ポイントと現金によるスイートへのアップグレードを利用して、Circulo Gran Villaに5泊しました。スイートは広かったです。ホテル、特にスタッフ、特に柱についてはいくら言っても足りません。フェルナンドは、私が抱えていたコンピューターの問題にとても助けてくれました。以前のレビューで述べたように、ホテルは立地が良く、ブティックのような雰囲気があります。朝食に関しては、ジュース、冷たいシリアル、ペストリー、スモークサーモン、フルーツなどのビュッフェに加え、パンケーキや*なども注文できます。部屋はかなりエレガントです。

Very good boutique hotel in the Autograph Selection group of Marriott. Excellent and attentive staff that will handle your needs in a proactive manner. Just top flight people. Breakfast was excellent and food prep and presentation top notch. Super location too.

The staff couldn’t be more helpful . Between helping us navigate finding restaurants to eat and things to do everything was above and beyond. Hotel is beautiful and sleek. We were lucky to have a full sized outdoor balcony with sitting area and lounges .

The hotel is located in La Granvia, which makes it a little bit hectic. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. We were located in the fourth floor on the back side of the hotel which made it comfortable since we didn’t have any noise from the street The reception staff was great as well as the service from the breakfast ladies. In overall, I would recommend the stay.

I just spent five nights here and must say the staff were some of the most attentive professionals I have dealt with in a hospitality setting. Like others have mentioned, the location is central and easily walkable neighborhood . The rooms were well appointed as well. Great experience all around!!!

Great hotel! Stayed here for 2 nights when in Madrid on business and loved the hotel! Central location on Gran Via but my room was very quiet. I was given a room upgrade based on my Marriott status to a beautiful room. Friendly, helpful stuff. I used the gym both mornings when I was there and it was fine. See you again soon!

After my stay at this hotel a year ago, I wrote a review reporting that the breakfast had much to improve due to the few options offered. And there was also the problem of poor service from the breakfast staff. For that, I gave them four stars. In his response a year ago, the front desk manager said they were working to improve the negative points of my review. I returned to the hotel last week and noticed that the administration effectively acted and the breakfast service was now excellent. There is a new buffet with a good variety of options, such as hot bread, Spanish cold cuts, cheese, a variety of fruits, juices and so on, in addition to the hot menu. But the most significant difference is in the service. The current staff is genuinely attentive, always paying attention to our needs and remembering our preferences from previous days. Caren, Choy, and Irene served us very well, and we thank them for their excellent service during our five days stay. As for the other aspects of the hotel, what we reviewed last year, like the comfortable rooms, location, and warm welcome to Bonvoy Elite Members, remains the same.

We stayed at the Gran Círculo for 3 nights over the holidays. It is the perfect place to stay if you want to be in the middle of it all for Christmas and New Year's. But it's a great location in general, especially if you're interested in being in Chueca. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which is quite large and modern. We really loved the styling throughout the hotel. The whirlpool tub and giant shower is a nice luxurious touch to the room, as is the big walk in closet. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the nice touches of welcome drinks and cookies as elite Bonvoy members. They also provided guests with grapes and champagne in their rooms for the traditional Spanish New Year's ritual. This was very generous, and it was fun that they made the effort to explain just how to eat the grapes in order to guarantee a happy New Year! We loved our stay there so much, we're already booked to come back this summer.

Location is absolutely perfect for getting near everything. Staff is among the most helpful I’ve ever experienced (I travel a ton). Rooms were comfy and super clean. ****** is connected and bypasses checkpoint entry. Bars and restaurants of all sorts are steps away.

We spent 4 nights here in mid-November. The location is great for exploring Madrid. The staff was very friendly, particularly the bell and front desk teams. The rooms are decent size by European standards and have all the amenities you’d expect from a higher end Marriott property. A couple of notes…..the hotel is located on a major road and our room was very noisy. It’s also connected to a ****** and therefore there are common areas where cigarette smoke is noticeable. The bathroom has a musty smell. I am a lifetime titanium elite Bonvoy member and did not receive a room upgrade. This is a nice hotel but we would choose a different property on a return trip to Madrid.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Madrid. It’s a Marriott but feels more exclusive. A small reception area with the most helpful reception team I’ve encountered. Lovely room, quite compact but because of the layout it doesn’t feel cramped. Great waterfall shower and a very comfortable bed. My room faced the courtyard which meant I didn’t get a view but I also didn’t get the city noise all night. Breakfast was ok. Service was much better than some of the other reviews mentioned, so hopefully they’ve addressed that. It just doesn’t seem you get much for your money. That’s the only minor gripe I have I’ll definitely be back
