Great location and very nice staff. We stayed here at the tail end of our Spain trip (and backend of our Madrid stay). The place is very near to great restaurants, walkable site seeing, etc. The place itself was nice, but did not feel very clean. For example, walls were scuffed up, floor in some spots had a slight stickiness to it, bed spread had a stain on it, etc. Again, great location, but not worth the value given cleanliness issues.

The hotel was great! The location was so convenient to reach tour places and the atmosphere nearby was so nice. Breakfast was also nice to start a day (Rooftop has nice view). towel changes by every two day and rooms are cleaned everyday. I and my family really enjoyed the stay at The Bouike Cibeles.

The property was very spacious. Full kitchen and living room as well as hot water with really good water pressure. Comfortable beds as well! Oh and the views were spectacular.

The location was fantastic and the size of the apartment was much larger than we expected. It provided the right amount of space for our family to stay comfortably. The hotel's price was also fantastic for Madrid. However, I will say, it was not the cleanest hotel. There was a lot of dust in the hotel room and was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. Floors needed to have been moped and vacuumed. The linens and towels were clean though. For the price and location, including the apartment-style amenities, it couldn't be beat.

It would be a good deal if you are looking for a larger room for a longer stay with a family, but the property was outdated, beds uncomfortable, shower had hairs that did not belong to us, badly insulated (very loud when people were leaving since there is no carpet you could hear luggage rolling in the hallways, pots and pans clanging, people being loud around room), and the staff wasn’t the most pleasant. The AC worked great and the extra space was nice but not worth it to us. Not sure how this place is rated a four star hotel.

the room was nice and spaciou but the bathroom especially the bathtub is a safety hazard. the glass decider is a door and you could fall out of the tub, the sin counter top sharp edge is really close to the bathtub. the bed was a little hard the matress was all warped. besides that the kitchen qas nice and and the living room is comfy

A terrific property with lovely helpful staff. Will highly recommend family & friends to stay here.
