Hotel Duke

First, no provision available there for mosquito repellent neither they have all out, mortein nor spray. Second, very limited staff, during check out time, no staff will be there to carry and drop luggage in the cab. Third, furniture is very old, toilet seat were broken.

The hotel was pathetic. There were coachroaches in the room. Mosqito will drag you to hell and they don't have allout as well. For every request you tell them 3-4 times. The bathroom is not clean at all. I will strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please look for some other options.

Terrible hotel. Room was in bad condition, bad smell. Bedsheet was horrible. No hot water. No ac. Family should choose a better place

Hotel room was spacious, breakfast was awesome, too much of variety in the breakfast menu. Loved it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was incredibly slow—something as simple as a cup of tea took around 2-3 hours to arrive. The staff should be more polite and friendly, but unfortunately, I didn’t see that during my stay. Additionally, the room was not as clean as it should have been, which added to the overall unpleasant experience.
