The photos do not do justice to this beautiful property. With each dinner expertly prepared by Jerry and with Howie’s insightful touring suggestions our stay quickly became a memorable one. Howie’s Homestay offers a private stay with options for privately touring Chiang Mai or simply relaxing in the comfort of this peaceful slice of heaven.

Howie and Jeri’s home stay is Is the most amazing property we have ever stayed at. While the property itself is probably the most private, well-designed, architecturally significant and overall mind blowing place, the real gems were Howie and Jeri themselves. We felt like we made new friends in Thailand and having coffee and chatting with Howie every morning was so interesting and insightful. It’s difficult to describe the quality of Jeri’s food, if this home was open to the public for dining, it would have three Michelin stars. Her flavors, presentations, the sheer variety of the dishes that we were served every night and the beautiful breakfast with so many delicious tropical fresh fruits was mind blowing. If you’re looking for a superlative experience like none you’ve ever had before, Howie’s Homestay is for you. 10 stars, we will be back.

We were looking for tranquil, lush landscape and resort style ‘hotel’ to begin with, and it ended up with Howie Homestay. Upon arrival, prearranged local guide Addy has been waiting in airport. It took us 30+ mins to arrive by noon, we were awed by the landscape planning, architecture design and awesome -antiques decoration. While the sumptuous lunch was served after. Thanks to Jerri’s passionate in cooking, we enjoyed the fullest even we couldn’t finish some of them. (Private and exclusive to the max) Staying 4 days in Howard and Jerri’s paradise not only relaxing and rejuvenating; but also inspire my family on how passion in life, rich in detail, and trust your believes shape what you gonna be in future. Thank you Howard and Jerri. Take care until we meet again.

Heaven on Earth! We spent five fabulous days at Howie's Homestay. Everything was perfect, the environment, the garden and the decoration are absolutely beautiful, every detail is designed to make you feel good. Jerri, Howie's wife, cooks exceptionally well and deserves his stars in the "Michelin Guide"! She made us discover many Thai dishes and desserts. The mix of textures and flavours was always amazing and delicious. Howie organised all the activities of our stay and even continued to take us "under his wings" during the rest of our stay in Thailand by giving us his good addresses. In short, a "tailor-made" stay that we will not soon forget !
