Sehr cooles Hotel, nettes personal

Spent Monday-Saturday here with my husband and three boys. Weather was perfect, hotel was lovely modern and clean. We had a lovely time and think the hotel was very good value. Would 100% come back again. Great location not far from the beach or main *****. We walked to Aldi every morning which was only about 10-15 minutes away.

Lovely and clean hotel, staff are friendly. Pool lovely and clean. The hotel is situated up a steep hill, we nicknamed it cardic hill as we all felt like.we needed oxygen once at the top. Steps to the beach are fine on way down, but.up hill they are a killer my calf muscles are testament to this. Spar shop, lots of food shops around. Very Close to main *****. We stayed as a group of ladies always felt safe, never had any issues really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Hotel clean, staff lovely but going home so tired as we didn’t sleep at all at night, no air conditioning, spoke with them and emailed like they asked and nothing, had to keep windows and doors open which made the stay very loud at night, would not stay again

Hotel is very clean, rooms fresh, large and bright. Love how all the rooms face the pool. Can comment on pool as we never used it but there was plenty beds and looked very clean. Staff were friendly. Only bad point with this hotel is the massive hill which is a definite killer with a buggy!!

Decent hotel however staff at reception (MARIA) was very unhelpful and rude! Upon arrival I was standing in the queue for a very long time after being on a 9 hour flight! She was not welcoming and made me sign a document and did not explain what the document referred to! When going to check out my suite there was a facility issue and so I reported it to Maria. She was still very dismissive and did not want to help so the issue is still not resolved! The next day my room was not cleaned until four pm! To my dismay I found my towels had not been cleaned. When I reported this she made me bring down the unclean towel and would not let me receive a new one until this was done! Very embarrassing for an elderly lady! She also accused me of taking the towel to the beach???? When she wasnt even on shift? I want to Maria to understand I’m on vacation not at boot camp! Otherwise stay was good ! Nice breakfast friendly night staff. Stuff was very close by!! Had a nice beach day with colleagues!

Firstly, do not go all inclusive, this hotel is under the new law of serving only 3 x alcoholic drinks per person at mealtimes there is no 'bar' you have to queue for drinks during the day, and no bar facility in the evenings You can drink as many soft drinks (from the pump) all day, served from the 'pool bar' Food is all inclusive at mealtimes only, nothing outside of breakfast/lunch/dinner Meals are much the same each day The hotel itself is very clean, and in good order, rooms are kept spotless as is the pool area be warned it is a mighty climb uphill back tk the hotel after a walk/night out personally I would not stay here again, I feel like I have been ripped off by all inclusive, it should be advertised as full board

Spent six nights and enjoyed the experience. More used the hotel as a base as being on my own I wasn't looking for a "pool holiday". I travelled by public bus ( frequent service) to Palma city and went on day to Soller by the 100 yearold train which was a highlight. It's closer to Magaluf beach and quite a walk to Palmanova's two beaches so it is a bit of a misnomer. Room was comfortable and well enough equipped. However it had just a fridge, no kitchette or microwave. Thus couldn't make a hot drink in the room. I was on half board; Breakfast was fine as was dinner only gripe was no drink was freely available so had to pay 3.10 euro for a bottle of water. This had to be queued for at the bar, which could be annoying as there was a large group of young Danish and Swedish young people on a training course who were there first foe thir free drink. Staff were efficient and some quite friendly with an older man on his own. Happy with my staff.
