Well where do we start … - No air conditioning instead we have to put up with heating or have the door open which attracted the bugs to come in then woke up with insect bites. - No hot running water for 8 hours instead told by reception to take a “cold” shower - Unclean sheets due to friend spilling a cup of tea. Came back to the hotel to find the bed had been made by the chamber maid but ignored the fact it was unclean and it wasn’t till we pulled back the sheets to find she ignored it and made it with the dirty sheets.(Anyone with a slight common sense would put fresh sheets on) -Unclean shower

The overall experience was absolutely amazing, would recommend to anyone traveling to Mallorca. The staff was all very kind, especially Antonio who clearly prioritized the guests’ experience. He was very personable and offered free drinks to me and my 15 friends. Thank you Antonio and thank you Sotovento!

Had my stag do here. Spent 4 days . Very clean and safe hotel with security and a 24 hour reception. The best I have experienced in Spain. Food and drinks were all good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Antonio made sure I was looked after as the stag. Top man! Would definitely return to this hotel.

Just come back from such an amazing stay. It was our second visit and will be back again. From the moment you walk in you greeted by the most friendly helpful staff. We were well looked after the whole stay especially by Enrique and Antonio. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely clean modern hotel. Food and drinks all amazing and a lovely vibe around the pool. Thank you for a great stay!! We would definitely reccomend this hotel.

I was supposed to go to this hotel with two friends and ended up having a medical emergency. Sonia was really helpful and let me change the room booking to a cheaper one for 2 people instead of 3, even though it was only a day in advance. My friends were still able to go and said it’s great. Would recommend!!

Big shoutout to Antonio who makes the best cocktails and is a lot of fun! The food at the hotel was really great and the pool had music in the da. The only downside is that it is on top of a hill so may not recommend if you struggle with mobility. All in all I would recommend to anyone!

A great, great hotel. Such a modern feel with the exterior and interior decor. The staff were friendly and helpful. As it was my birthday I was given a pool view room and it didn't disappoint We loved the pool party on the Friday especially. Will book again

Nice and squeaky clean apartment. Very helpful staff even after departure. They helped me recover items I left behind. Nice location in terms of proximity to and distance from the nuisance in the area. They can be less strict on guest rules though.

Very nice people working there. Nice room with fantastic view. Good beds. Very nice pool area. Supermarked just around the corner. It is placed in a silent area but near everything. I loved the food in the restaurant and the drinks by the pool.
