Nice Hotel. Breakfast and Dining area spotless which is excellent. Great location. Nice friendly staff. View from breakfast level was AMAZING! My view from room was awful, I had end room so my balcony faced a wall and had some garbage from other guests thrown down into it. Cleared that up myself. Room size excellent! Really felt at home in my room. Bathroom had some cleanliness issues, saw many short curly light brown hairs on sink, shower floor, on shower gel and shower handle. But this didn’t ruin anything. For the room, the only thing I will say is it’s missing basic hotel room items like kettle tea/coffee making facilities. Body cream little bits like that in the bathroom. Apart from that it was a great stay and I would return!

It was my second time at a Bahia Principe (previously in Punta Cana) and couldn't be happier. I made the check-in online before our arrival, so we were checked in extremely fast. Perfect room with the perfect view with a pleasant balcony right in front of the beach. There's an elevator next to the pool that takes you straight to the beach. It closes at 23h30. Breakfast and dinner with a lot of variety to choose from. Delicious and well prepared food. Wonderful staff, very welcoming and professional. I would also like to add that it was my husband's birthday and they kindly left us a surprise in the room that day. A much appreciated gesture. I will definitely book with Bahia Principe again.

The staff was exceptional and very very friendly. All wishes were fulfilled. We were with two small children (4 and 6 years) and the entertainment for children in the hotel was missing. I can recommend the hotel for adults and teenagers. Although the "party mile" is not so far from the hotel, the hotel is quiet.

The beds were very uncomfortable, needed to pay for a SAFE, very low water pressure, they came too early to clean the rooms while we were still there, and they never came back to clean it so our room never got cleaned.

Arrived here Thursday, 17th August 2023, and was unsure before arriving after reading lots of the reviews on here, as we are celebrating my girlfriends 50th birthday.... Well. What can I say!! This hotel is perfect in every way possible. Reception was manned on arrival (it always is), very clean, posh, and new who we were as we walked through the door. Less than 5 mins to do the paperwork and in the lift to our room. Our room is on the 10th floor (1003) and was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and very modern. The bathroom looked like it had been refitted that day or just one hell of a good cleaner. Everything about this hotel is modern and fresh. We are bed and breakfast only, and what a breakfast!! All the cooked food you would expect in a full English. Loads of fresh fruit and pastries, portage, cerals, and all the continental meats, cheese, and salads. There is a fresh coffee machine as well as all the fruit juice you'd expect. The hotel has an average sized pool with lots of sunbed, chairs, sofas, and modern style chairs. The bar has an amazing selection of drinks and is very cheap. We haven't struggled to get a sunbed. The location of this hotel is 5 minutes walk from Pavanova beach and all the posh bars, and 1 minuted from shops , bars and restaurants. The aircon could be slightly cooler in the rooms but not unbearable by any means. We will certainly be coming back. Well done to all the staff here for making the start of our stage a pleasure.

the hotel was beautiful everything went well, but we found glass in the salad, it was 6 mm of glass that came out of my mouth, the outcome could've been deadly
