Our recent experience was extremely disappointing, and it's imperative that others are made aware of it. While on the premises, our wallet was misplaced in the parking area. Eventually, we retrieved it from the reception, but unfortunately, all the cash (approximately INR 9,000 to 10,000) had been removed, leaving only the cards behind. Despite this incident, the staff provided no assistance in identifying the perpetrator or recovering the stolen money. Initially, we were informed that reviewing the CCTV footage would take some time before any confirmation could be made. Subsequently, we were told that the CCTV at the main gate had been non-functional for the past 15 days. The lack of initiative from the staff to address our concerns was evident throughout the ordeal. They assured us that further investigation would be conducted and updates provided, but as of now, we are still awaiting any developments. However, the absence of functioning cameras and the apparent lack of accountability on the hotel's premises are concerning. It's imperative for the ***agement to address these issues promptly and implement measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Our case highlights just one instance, raising questions about the security and accountability of belongings within the premises.

Food is very oily, book if you want to create High cholesterol and increase fats in your body. Rooms not at all good. Deluxe room has the worst bathrooms. No toiletries provided. After request it is provided. Staff Deepak and Devang think that they are owners of the property and act in a ***ner not seen elsewhere. Was shocked. Non Cooperative Staff. Big Hassel in checkout checkin Big Group given priority. Even Restaurant table was not provided. Executive AC not working. Window could not be opened. Roads towards Bharat Hotel are not repaired.

Worst hotel...they dont give toothpaste shampoo soap ..stupid behaviour of staff ...charges are very high but service is cheapest like normal hotels..i habe paid 8k in june..room was not so good ..better hotels around you can find

Overall the experience was good..But the room ambiance was unsatisfied…The room ambience was pretty bad according to the money value…On the other hand food quality was good …hotel surroundings were satisfying…

Property good, food good, room average, and service very poor, even for single water bottle we have to wait for 15-20 minutes, Hospitality very very poor, Already inform the same to reception on first day of stay but no any response.

Excellent location. Just 5 min from the main market and walkable We stayed here for 3 nights. Food is excellent with good options.We had a very good time Staff is very courteous, overall a very good experience. Would definitely recommend and visit again

we had visited three times this hotel ,and this is just superb hotel with great location, near to market but still tranquil experience, nice private lake with spacious rooms ,swimming pool, entertainment zone .And the topmost part is very hygienic and tasty food 😋. staff is also polite and helpful.Relaxing stay ,with good price deals.

Looking for a comfortable and lovely stay in Mahabaleshwar then Hotel Bharat is one of the best option available. Property is just 1km away from the main Mahabaleshwar market. Property offers spacious luxury rooms with private garden and a lake view. If you are pure vegetarian then this is the place for you as the food here is delicious and hits our tastebuds perfectly. Children can really have a good time as there is an indoor as well as outdoor game section ***** with the swimming pool. Elder people can have a great time too as the property has Inhouse temple and seat around and chant gods name. This place is famous too for the destination wedding Venue.Coming to network the mobile network is little weak here but i am impressed with their powerful wifi stability. Work from home people can peacefully work here with their strong Wi-Fi connectivity. Overall service and staff were great and helpful during our stay. Thankyou once again Hotel Bharat for making my stay lovely and memorable, hope to visit soon here...!!
