The stay was very amazing all the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Also Rintu ji from lobby & parking staff were so welcoming made us feel like home. Rooms were spacious yet has a cozy vibe the view from the balconies are very beautiful. Beach was clean and namma shack food is amazing. Also Mr. Jakir from the shack made our trip memorable with his extra efforts on our little candle light dinner surprise as a newly wedded couple we enjoyed and felt special by all the staff efforts.

Everything is good location was awesome as it is having a beautiful views from the interior and for business trips and the individual both are like awesome having here overall I liked everything here. The event over here is a beautiful services they provides for everything's.

I went at kences with my friends for one night stay for birthday celebrations , the property is so good they had a private beach with abecah side restaurant they serve the liquor.also there . Lovely view of the ocean from the pool , I will definitely recommend this property for stay , special thanks to Vijay and ananya for arranging cake for my birthday .

Very lovely stay and good ambience friendly and amazing staff Special thanks to Ms. Ananya Ms Shreya Ms Archana and ***p they were so good. We will suggest people to come here and enjoy the food and the beach view a special thanks to restaurant team also who were always there to help us out with the food items

It was a wonderful experince at ITC Welcomhotel Kences restaurant. Amazing food & delicious menu Great service by entire team. we must Namma Shack next time. entire team was helpful and especially Halima, Jakir, Satish and chef Janski....

We had lunch in Welcomxafe Riva, Food was excellent and service was amazing. People were very polite and helpful. Especially Halima, Jakir, Ramesh,Ananthu, Sathish and chef janakiram. It was memorable moments. Definitely we recommend to our friends and relatives.

We were in this resort for 2 nights, the rooms are a bit tired now, we had a few issues, particularly with the air conditioning and had an awful first night but it was resolved and they treated us to dinner as an apology. The breakfast was great, varied and lots of choice, staff were very attentive, the pool was nice to sit by, the locals though were going into the pool fully dressed and no one stopped them, very unhygienic.
