Excellent, couldn't fault it. Lovely hotel

Lovely staff used room service which was on time and was hot and delicious x

This is a very nice hotel with plenty of available parking (a small fee of £5 per night is not unreasonable). We booked a family room which had two double beds for the three of us. The beds were very comfortable and the room had a huge flat screen TV, refrigerator, and a small coffee table with comfortable chairs beside the window. The bathroom was a good size with batch and shower within - the side of the bath may have been a little high for someone with mobility issues. Large reception area with plenty of seating, a coffee bar and bar nearby. The buffet style breakfast was excellent with plenty of freshly cooked food and a good array of pastries. There's also a free gym, pool, steam room and sauna. But, of course, during our two night stay, the latter three were all closed for maintenance! We booked our two nights on separate bookings due to a change of plans. This caused some confusion at reception and took a while to sort out so we didn't have to change rooms.

It's far from the city centre. Breakfast was delicious. However they don't allow guests to use their microwave for reheating food. Strange.

Went here for our 10th anniversary as we got married here and it use to be our local. We had afternoon tea, which was lovely and just the right amount. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. We also stayed here, the room was a lovely size, had everything we needed, and we were able to check in slightly early. The furniture in the room is a little dated, but did its job. We had breakfast here which was lovely, with lots of choice. We used the swimming pool, which was clean and so were the changing rooms. We also got to see the start of a Christmas tree going up. A fantastic stay, would highly recommend and will be visiting again.

Great hotel with excellent breakfast. The swimming pool is lovely and the children had a lot of fun in it. The rooms are a bit tired but perfectly functional and nice and big.

The hotel was very good and their service. However when we got to the hotel there was a problem with the booking because somehow they never got the booking but the hotel made new reservation for the hotel for us so it,was all good at,the end .

Due to power failure on that day. No hot water for a while and No swimming pool. However, the breakfast is great and staff's responses are good.

房間超大的，衞生間也很大的 停車場也大，停車一晚5歐 一樓餐廳，吃飯方便

連續住了三晚，總體還是可以的，比起倫敦還是非常好的

建議大家不要預訂這家酒店， 他們竟然把客人的房間大小分等級，雙人房的不含拖鞋和食用水，但三人房的房間包含食用水， 拖鞋和浴袍，這個差別待遇真的10分奇怪，令本人感到不快， 要知道這間酒店裏是有室內泳池的，有些房間竟然沒有包含浴袍，但有些房間卻有包括左內，這不是將客人分等級和歧視嗎？ 另外， Check out時， 酒店沒有細心看清楚賬單情況， 態度10分敷衍，及後發現賬單有問題才通過Trip.com發電郵給本人，並要求本人再次回到酒店付款， 實在太荒謬。 總括來說， 酒店內前台職員欠缺經驗及態度不好， 令住客增添不少麻煩。

Not many choices on the menus unfortunately 😕 . After 2 drinks at the bar they had ran out of both drinks we wanted. Cleaners came knocking at 1030 to see if we had vacated the room, check out is midday!
