Very nice hotel clean and very nice accommodations and also beautiful view

This hotel is located within king abdulaziz WAQF, Makkah clock towers. Its few meters from the holy mosque There is public transportation at the basement Hotel staff we very friendly and ready to help with a big smile on their faces. I enjoyed an early check in (which was rejected via the app ) prize still above average since its a 5 star hotel and located just few meters away from Almasij alharam

Everything was fine but the view which was specified as haram view wasn't upto the mark and when I requested for change it was denied Overall its cheaper hotel among those

Reception staff are very unprofessional Told me mid day change my room wait till 10 pm Allways said room not ready Change room worse room I don't brother morning was checked out Not worth for money

Good place to stay with family, and all necessary amenities are in the room. Refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, complete with kitchen are available in the room.

Breakfast buffet was delicious. Great service great location. I was not satisfied about it. It takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to my room ready I arrive exactly 4 PM as there check in policy but they make me wait till 6:30 pm FYI: I confirmed my reservation for one week 

Love the location. Very very close to Masjid Al-Haram. Twin room is spacious with very comfortable beds. Just don’t forget to bring tooth-brush and toothpaste. Buffet Breakfast was great too.

All ok except for the lift, waiting quite some time to reach haram floor. The rest all ok especially the room and breakfast spread.
