午後 5 時半にチェックインできましたが、フロアタオルは濡れていて、枕カバーは汚れていて、ベッドシーツは小さな虫が動いているようでした。苦情を申し立てた後、清掃員が来て 2 回目の清掃をしましたが、やはり小さな虫が動いていて、フロアタオルも変化がありませんでした。また、デポジットとして RM200 を徴収しましたが、72 時間経過したため返金されました。

きれいなアパート、高層階、海の眺めが素晴らしい。前回の滞在でいくつか不満があったのでフィードバックしたところ、スタッフはそれをメモして問題解決に努めてくれました。また利用します。

First time booking AirBnB.By right check in is 3pm.However due to cleaning of the room.We checked in at 6pm.The room is clean and tidy.

1.No hot water for shower 2.There is no floor indication in the parking lot. You don’t know which floor you are on. You can only find out by walking to the elevator.

Property is nice but the management of the property has too much to ask after booking, if you are not welcome foreign workers stay stay in your property which is paid by company just put it up in trip.com don’t as after payment made

The room was spacious and well maintained. They had the basic neccessities such as cups, plates, bowls and saucers. Which came in handy. There is tv in the hall and 1 in the room. Overall it was very pleasant stay. the rate was reasonable for 2 rooms (1 room - 1 queen size bed with attached bathroom & 1 room - 2 queen size bed with attached bathroom)
