部屋にスリッパがなかったのでフロントに尋ねたら「在庫切れ」とのことでした。ホテルの枕、枕カバー、シーツ、掛け布団カバーがどれも汚れていて、シミだらけでとても不快でした。予約は慎重に、できればしない方が良いでしょう。

寝るだけならこれでじゅうぶん。じゅうぶん過ぎマス。バス乗り場からも近い。設備は標準で必要十分といった感じです。地方都市のビジネスホテルを余裕で上回ります。

清潔で整然とした宿泊施設で、チェックインは45分ほどかかりましたが、フロントデスクのスタッフはとても親切で助かりました。 マラッカ川と橋の近くです。たくさんの美味しいお店がありますが、歩く必要があります。 バン・リー・セン・ルク・ルク（サテ・チェルップ）まで徒歩圏内です。

チェックイン時間は午後3時以降です。受付スタッフも不足しており、長い待ち時間がありました。システムが故障しており、チェックイン手続きが非常に遅くなりました。週末はチェックインが集中することを認識していましたが、午後3時以降のチェックインは厳格すぎるとのことでした。受付に2人目のスタッフを派遣したにもかかわらず、ゲストは長い待ち時間で待たされました。計画性が低く、ホスピタリティ精神が欠けています。このひどいホテルは絶対にお勧めしません。 元の部屋は悪臭が漂い、許容範囲を超えていました。ホテルは部屋の変更を許可してくれました。 このカテゴリーでは窓からの眺めはありません。部屋には飲料水やミネラルウォーターは用意されていません。ただし、ウォーターサーバーは部屋の外にあります。 ジョンカー通りまでは約1.5kmです。

近くに観光スポットや飲食店があり、便利な場所です。清潔で快適、短期滞在にはお手頃価格です。

スタッフは丁寧で対応が早いです。部屋は広々としており、各階に浄水器が設置されているのも嬉しいポイントです。 交通量の多い高速道路に隣接しているため、かなり騒がしく、観光スポットからもかなり離れています。 このホテルはせいぜい数泊程度の滞在に最低限必要なものしか揃っていません。部屋にはハンドタオルもティッシュペーパーもありません。マットレスは非常に寝心地が悪く、枕には唾液のシミがついていました。新しい枕をリクエストしましたが、ありませんでしたが、代わりに枕カバーを余分にくれました。 朝食はひどいもので、加工度の高いジャンクフードが多く、新鮮な果物や野菜はほとんどありませんでした。 残念ながら、お勧めできません！

My booking was for 2 days , and when i do the booking already mention i need early check in by 1 pm. I also called 2 days b4 my arrival for the early check in, then the reservation counter tell me the best can give me by 1.30 pm, then i was fine with it. Then the day i arrived , the lady at counter do not allow me to check in, when i arrived at 1.35 pm. She insist no eraly check in and telling me the staff no way can give early check in..So i was asking again then she only can allow at 2 p.m. By the time its almost 1.45p.m, So i asking her why wanna wait until 2 p.m as its only 15 min. But she insist only 2 pm, i can check in..Ok fine i waited and finally i got the room key. The room is ok, but the aircond not cold, noisy. The intercom not working. The pillow cover not clean. The funny part, their internet damn sucks. Not stable and i have to use my hotspot. I have to call the maintenance to look after the aircond and room service to change the pillow cover . But the aircond still not cold and still have the noise. So i not going to stay there again or repeat this hotel booking. Even the distance is well good and the breakfast also good, but the customer service is something need to look into.

During our staycation in Melaka, we spent a night at Hotel Sentral Riverview Melaka. The hotel is located along Jalan Tun Ali, next to The Store and close to several eateries, making it quite convenient if you're looking for food or basic necessities. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The air conditioning worked fine, although it took a little time for the room to cool down. The hot shower was okay too, but the water temperature could be a bit inconsistent at times. WiFi is available, although the connection wasn't the most reliable during our stay. The room also comes with a TV, plus complimentary coffee and tea. Drinking water can be refilled from the water dispenser outside the room, and ironing facilities are provided in the common area. One thing families may appreciate is the small playground and colouring corner in the lobby, which gives kids something to do while waiting around. Overall, it's a simple and affordable hotel that's suitable for a short stay in Melaka, especially if you're travelling with family and just need a comfortable place to rest.

a great budget hotel find for anyone looking for a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. the room was really cozy. got upgraded for a bigger room for f.o.c and it came fully equipped with a tv, iron and kettle nor mineral water. as a muslim travelers, they also provide a clear qibla direction sticker. the aircond was superb too, really cold and perfect for a good night's sleep. the bathroom was the best part, it was clean and the water pressure was really strong which makes showering so refreshing plus most importantly, it has a bidet hose, which is a huge plus. the elevators are okay so no long waits. the staff are very friendly and welcoming also theres plenty of parking space, not to worry about finding a spot for parking. hotel location very strategic & located in the middle a city & convenience store for restaurants, i have to walk a little bit, but it’s a manageable distance. one minor downside, the room soundproofing isnt the best, i can occasionally hear noise from the hallway or outside the room. if youre a light sleeper, you might want to take note of that. overall i highly recommended for those who want comfort on a budget

Location & breakfast is ok. Gently advice if provide room cleaning service is more better for the guest who stay more than one night. Room door should keep maintenance coz it was hardly to access the room. Toilet door have broken voice. When flush the toilet the sound come out like the bike run way in the road. Wifi can’t access during stay there & even the roaming data no good for internet. Then the spoiled refrigerator can’t use, just for show only Even informed the staff never took action for it. The bed sheet also with dirty spot.

No water bottle provided. We couldnt enter the room as it was faulty.

Best hotel . But air cond peoblem. Please fix it. Yang lain okey je
