ホテル マラガ ノストラム(Malaga Nostrum Airport)

I really enjoyed my stay at malaga nostrum a all staff was very friendly and gave great service. I loved that there is restaurant on site and they have cook on breakfast time to prep anything a la carte. As far as location it's near the big shopping center. So it's convenient.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND SMELLY ROOMS The smell in my room was unbearable. I could not even breathe. Seriously pay more for a better or other hotel this places is not worth the hassle. When asked to change rooms the receptionist and manager said there were no more rooms available. However, they were speaking in Spanish in front of me thinking I could not understand them and they were saying that they had rooms available but did not want to change my room. We were offered no compensation or anything. I contacted trip customer service and they told me that nobody was answering the telephone when they called. So they were ignoring phone calls because they knew it was trip asking for them to change my room. I cannot believe that a hotel would do this.

Near to the airport. The hotel is located in an industrial/warehouse area. There is nothing surrounding, except warehouse.

Friendly and helpful service. Unfortunately the room smelt of smoke although the staff offered to change it. Breakfast was basic for 8 euros and there is a noisy building site next door.

The staff were all very helpful and the restaurant particularly so. However, your listing lists an 'airport transfer' that actually means the offer to call a taxi. This is misleading

We have to thank very warmly the hotel Manager who helped us personally to return our rental car and organise our transportation to the airport the next morning. There was a taxi strike last week-end in Malaga and without his help we would have been in a terrible situation. Unfortunately we do not have his name, he was on duty Saturday Sept 24th during the day. Please let him know how grateful we are of his help! Thank you! Sylvain Plourde

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights September 2022. The hotel was very good, the room was large and very clean The location is in a commercial area but only a short walk into main area. The desk staff we’re very helpful, the male member of the restaurant staff we’re less helpful very rude only thing he was interested was how much money he could make out a customer. Charging 3euro for ice to my room, refusal to allow my wife to take a glass from the restaurant to our room, it very much spoilt what was a good experience
