Fantastic hotel,the staff were so helpful and friendly,breakfast was excellent,rooms were very clean,there is a supermarket and restaurant just opposite, location is great 5 minute walk to the lake,lots of lakeside restaurants,20 minute walk into Malcesine along the lake or 5 minute drive. Could not fault anything about the hotel

We've just returned from a 6 night stay at the Benacus hotel for our niece's wedding, and can't rate the hotel highly enough. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes to the lake front and 20 minutes into Malcesine town. Lovely rooms, great breakfast, beautiful pool area, nice bar but best of all are the staff! They made us feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble, going above and beyond when a family member broke his leg and needed hospital treatment. I would definitely stay at the Benacus again if we return to Malcesine

Hotel Benacus was a brilliant base for our 6 night stay at Lake Garda. The pool area, rooms, and of course the breakfast, were all superb. The staff were very pleasant and eager to help where possible. The only downside is that it does face a pretty busy road, so relaxing on the balcony isn’t quite as tranquil as it could be. There are rooms that face away from the road, so I would recommend one of those if that would matter to you. Nearby there’s plenty of shops, restaurants, and the lake itself is only 2-3 minutes walk away. Overall, 5/5 and we’d come back again in the future if we were in the area.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotel Benacus in Malcesine exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs with their warm and welcoming attitude. The hotel itself is immaculately clean, and the attention to detail in every corner is evident. The location couldn't be more perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to everything Malcesine has to offer. Our stay here was nothing short of fantastic, and we can't wait to return! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The Benacus Hotel was the best choice. With a top 10 staff that makes you feel welcome every day. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the promenade that takes you to the lake. Bikes rented from the hotel, they were a great help, and the reception checked them before everything was ok. The breakfast was also varied and the people there very friendly, who brought a smile to your face in the early hours of the morning. We will definitely choose Hotel Benacus next time.♥️

Everything was great - the rooms are bug, clean, the breakfast extremely tasty, the staff is very helpful. Great sights nearby, lovely pool. We enjoyed every bit of this experience, the hotel should ne at least 4*

the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was good and the staff ready to give their assistance. The premises is situated about 2 kilometers from the city center which can be reached through a very pleasant, easy walk along the lake. The city center can also be reached by means of a bus which has stops close to the hotel. The restaurants which give a 10% discount for Eco Hotel Benacus guests provided good food at a reasonable price. The only discomfort was that after 11 p.m. the lifts were not available. I have no objection to recommend this premises to friends.

Firstly would like to say a massive thank you to Roberto the owner of the hotel for such a welcoming and warm reception we received this was my first time at hotel benacus but my family have stayed here before and they couldn’t agree more how welcoming and helpful the staff was with any queries or recommendations we had, being a frequent traveller myself this hotel is one of the cleanest and well kept I’ve come across also I’d like to say as a plumber I appreciate a good bathroom and wash facilities and hotel benacus has an up to date top quality fittings and fixtures which has my approval 😅the pool/sunbathing area has the most beautiful views of the mountains and it’s nice a peaceful if you fancy a nice quiet day back at the hotel, the hotel has ample parking and also has bikes and electric scooters to rent it’s situated a short walk into malcestine also has a Bay Area (val di sogna) just across the road where you can take a dip in the lake if you choose to, breakfast can be enjoyed inside on out on there balcony which hosts a relaxing feel while enjoying your breakfast, overall I would throughly recommend this hotel for its customer service alone let alone the great facilities itself I will be coming back next year! Side note: there’s a bus stop outside the hotel which you can take a bus up and down the lake it’s a nice central location along the lake so you can enjoy a few towns at ease or you can take the ferry from malcesine across the lake to other towns quite easy also I recommend the cable car up the mountain the view is unreal

Roberto and staff were always so helpful and accommodating giving expert local knowledge to assist. We arrived early hours of the morning which Roberto kindly stayed up to let us into rooms. Clean, friendly, all the amenities you could want. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you 😊
