We were very happy to come back again in this lovely hotel. We love to travel off season and it was such a nice surprise finding out the Hotel Querceto was already open in March! We had, once more, a lovely stay: room was always pitch perfect and the food at the restaurant was super good! We were very pleased that Luca, the manager, remembered and recognized us from last year! Lovely staff who always makes their best to make you feel at home! We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful hotel, beautiful resort staff amazing unfortunately unfriendly to the English people as it was swamped with Germans who were unfriendly obnoxious and self entitled- they would literally take over the sunbeds around you have conversations over the top of your head lean on your sunbed take all of the self service breakfast drink the bar dry- felt so sorry for the staff who worked there as they were trying their hardest

Tranquil beauty. Peaceful hideaway with a touch of luxury. Our stay was a real special treat. From the hotel design, to the spa facilities, to the views and to the staff....it was all a touch of class. Thanks to Pete, Massimo, Valentina and all the staff. This is a really unique hotel with an amazing view and friendly staff. The breakfast is so good! We ate in the restaurant once and the food was delicious. The outdoor spa is a really great asset to the hotel and the pool area was lovely too. It’s a very steep walk into the town and if you want to walk there and back it’s probably not the hotel for you. There is a shuttle bus which we used once but there are only a few times a day. Only real negative was the noise of doors banging shut in the mornings. It kind of takes away from the relaxing environment that they have created.

Beautiful hotel in the most amazing setting. Stunning scenery and great wellness facilities. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The restaurant was also very high quality. Would definitely go back.

We stayed in this beautiful Hotel as part of our honeymoon in Italy: amazing to say the least! The rooms are all new with all comforts. It rained for the whole stay, but it did not matter: we availed of the Wellness Center & booked a few massages, soooo relaxing & all the staff is very professional. Food is delicious: they have recently renovated the terrace of the restaurant too, so we had dinner in the glass-terrace: the view over the lake and Limone takes your breath away, even on a stormy night! We will definitely recommend it to our family & friends and hopefully we will be back next year!

We stayed here for three days in April and enjoyed every minute. Perched in the mountains above Malcesine, the views of Lake Garda are panoramic and breathtaking. The hotel is lovely--beautifully appointed rooms, quiet garden, and a peaceful retreat from the tourist throngs in the town below. The food was excellent--both at dinner and breakfast--the latter included a groaning board of delicious options. The staff were warm, friendly, and unfailingly accommodating. We were sorry to leave and are already plotting a return.

The hotel was surrounded by amazing views to Lake Garda. The park area was relaxing and peaceful, as so was the pool area. Hotel was clean and breakfast was ok. Spa-area wasn't value for the money. Staffs level f English was very variable. Communication was anything from terrible to excellent. Some of the staff didn't speak English at all. In some situations, the service was left halfway. For example on check-in, we didn't get much information about how practical things work at the hotel. When we went to the spa department, we didn't get any guidance about where we have to go and what do we need to know. When we asked help, the staff person didn't always understood the question. Special mention to the young, kind-hearted male waiter who worked at the restaurant, who spoke several different languages ​​very well. He made every experience we had on the restaurant a little better than we could have ever expected.

We stayed in this hotel for a night on the way. We were so excited and happy there we came again in 2 days. For the price you pay you get luxurious servis. Both receptionists were very kind and helpful. Breakfast is just a fairytale- variety of fruit, vegetables, cheese....The view of the room is amazing- you see the lake and beautiful garden where you can relax. Nice swimming pool is refreshing. They also have a beautiful wellness which we didn't use. We got welcome drink by the pool. The rooms are huge and very good furnished. You need to have a car to stay in this hotel- 6 km driving from Malcesine. Definitely worth stay! Thank you!
