Atractiva, relajante, animada, volveremos. Totalmente recomendable

La cena es hasta 9..si entras a cenar a las 8.39 corre, porque te apagan luces, estas cenando y Dan las 8.55 y empiezan a recojer todo. Tienes que abandonar habitación a las 10, bajamos a desayunar 8.45, cola descomunal cuando subes a la habitación antes de las 10, sorpresa han entrado porque ves que faltan las fundas de almohadas y las toallas, si yo subo de desayunar y me quiero lavar dientes y manos,.. Pues nada me seco con la camiseta. La verdad un despropósito, por lo menos que mantengan los tiempos.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! If I could zero star this shambles I truly would. Where do I even begin… Me and my partner staying here from September 24th to the 2nd of October - self catering. We entered our room to two single beds a bathroom and tv. The bathroom had mould growing all over the ceiling and the bath and shower that leaked and turned the bathroom into your own swimming pool. Self catering - no kettle, microwave, fridge, plates, cutlery - went down to reception and the only thing they had available for us to RENT for the week was an iron. Then attempted to bring in some sandwiches from the local shop and some still drinks and were told we could not take these inside the hotel at all - tried to pay for there food and weren’t aloud because we were self catering so we had been forced to eat out morning to night for the whole 7 days which yes is the point of self catering but as you can imagine our thoughts were we would get cereal and milk, bread and ham in to last the week ultimately to save money but no. Then 2nd or 3rd day in decided to have a pool day - pool was all fun and games until I got entrapped on the suction draining on the side of the pool, resulting in a huge bruise, tried to complain and not one staff member spoke a word English so decided to email and still no response, after the pool day I then started with a blocked ear which was causing a lot of pain, come home and I’ve got an inner and outer ear canal infection with a bulging ear drum put down to the pool water which was the only water that had gotten into my ears whilst away so i am not currently on 500mg of amoxicillin - Malgrat de mar absolutely stunning and lots to do but do not book this hotel unless your ready for a shambles

Where can I even start!!! From the shuttle journey was a nightmare. The driver stopped in our area fist but did not tell us until we were the last to get off then we were 40 minutes to the hotel after travelling for two hours!!!! Reception staff were old and unfriendly. There were two lifts by the 2nd the lift broke down so there was only one lift which took forever to come. The room was basic, small but clean. Not enough hangers for two people. The best park was the shower, very powerful and the water left your skin feeling silky. Food! This was awful. Same food every day and tasteless. Restaurant staff not particularly nice or friendly. Restaurant dark and dingy. Good location for train service that stopped in different villages. We had street view which was a block of rundown flats and could just about see the sea to our left. Beach was close by. If you are looking for sun do not visit in May. Entertainment was a joke. It was like being at an over 80’s tea party.we spent 7 days here but never again. No no no no! Don’t waste your time and money in this place. Read the bad reviews because they are all correct.

not bad but the walls are VERY thin and because for some reason teens see this place as a youth club they are up all night and are very loud, so expect no sleep. Food (I did b&b) is average, probably better if your not as picky like me, beds are good, views are good, 1 plug socket in each room (there is one extra in bathroom) so bring an extension lead, there are so many children here and they are all so LOUD! ofc this isn’t the hotels fault but it effects your experience, cleaning is good, every day and done well, elevator works fine (2).

I ignored the terrible reviews thinking it can’t be that bad..well it was worse! Busses turning up full of mass groups of teenagers. No one watching them. No table on balcony, tv didn’t work, No bathroom amenities. Could hear EVERYTHING in my room people having *ex like every thing, no sleep at all.
