Akra Sorgun Tui Blue Sensatori - Ultra All Inclusive

The Akra Sorgun Sensatori by Tui has to be the only choice for couples and Families. There are clear separations to allow adults only to enjoy peaceful surroundings and everything also that families with children of all ages require for a five star holiday. The staff are so friendly and attentive and give everything to make the holiday special.we have had an amazing 2 weeks and were delighted with all the new refurbishments carried out which make for a perfect holiday. Rooms are so relaxing and perfect in every way designed especially to make you feel relaxed. Food is of the highest quality and there is something for everyone 24 hours a day. Drinks are premium brand served in style by the attentive bar staff. The beach is beautiful and the place I spent everday relaxing. There are so many fantastic things I could write about but would take all day it’s so perfect. I will miss the very special waitress Dilek who is so beautiful and the standout member of staff. The hotel is very lucky to have her she is professional efficient and on her day off the area she covers everyone misses her so desperately. We have just completed a fantastic week at this beautiful hotel and I cannot think of a single negative to mention. The staff here are incredible, always only too happy to help with a big smile on their faces. We travelled as a family group of 4 adults and a 10yo boy and every single one of us had a cracking time. Food & drink is top notch with a wide variety of food and all of your branded imports included in the AI package. The bar staff knock up some smashing cocktails that we were only too happy to sample. Special shout has to go out to Baver the waiter in the main restaurant. He made an extra special effort and formed a real bond with our nephew. So much so that he is now semi fluent in German haha. Can’t praise the place high enough, we will definitely be back.

I want to express my deepest satisfaction with our 2-weeks stay in this place. I have been to many 4* & 5*hotels in various EU countries, but nowhere have I experienced such a high level of quality and service. The hotel itself is located in an atmospheric place out of the nearby cities of Side & Manavgat, what makes it a perfect place for a peaceful relaxation. There’s a lot of space to walk & play, especially beautifully kept green garden with many paths, separating main building from the beach, well-equipped gym and indoor pool. The private beach itself is clean, veery wide and long with many sunbeds & umbrellas available. The food in the hotel is just remarkable! Everything served in any place (main rest., á la carte, BBQ, snack stands etc.) was always fresh & tasty. We visited just 2 á la carte restaurants (Olive & Ocean) and both were above expectations. Even Olive restaurant helped us organize my mom’s birthday - Thanks! The hotel staff is extremely helpful & always ready to assist you in any matter you may have. The management is also visible (e.g. Aicha ) at place supervising the staff & assuring top-quality. All the people from hotel’s staff were friendly & did their best to make our stay unforgettable, however we want to especially appreciate work of the following people: SEMIH – a very friendly & gentle waiter in the main restaurant who served us during the breakfasts – along with his trainee OZCAN. Both did their job well! EFE – a hard-working, decent beach-waiter who assured we always had fresh drinks on our sunbeds. TUNÇAY – a lifeguard on the beach who always stood alert, monitoring people swimming and who helped my mom get out of the water as the entry is quite steep and stony. BAVER – an ‘evening shift’ waiter in the main rest. who served us perfectly during our late meals when we missed the main dinner. Very gentle guy with very good English with whom we liked to speak. FATIMA – an undisputed omelette-master who made sure my breakfast was tasty and energetic every single day! LUTFU – extremely positive bartender at the beach who fixed exotic drinks for us. UMIT – the SPA Manager who took care of adjusting the SPA offer and explained various treatments. Even though we did not use SPA this time, we loved friendly chats with him. FEYYA – waiter serving us during the dinners. Also, girls from Client’s relationship management team were very supportive, friendly and available even very late in the evening. Overall, there’s nothing to complain about. Only few small things that could be improved: the wine during the meals is served by the waiters in glasses but it’s not allowed to get a bottle of wine on the table, what is a bit frustrating when you sit in few people. So you have to call waiter to pour you another glass any single time.

Very nice, clean modern hotel, with easy access to the beach. Features gym,sauna, indoor and outdoor pool. Staff were excellent. We would like to give a special mention to Dorgul who looked after us at breakfast; Baver and Ido who looked after us in the evenings. They all went beyond the call of duty to look after us. Thank you guys. Thank you Asli. Make sure you visit Sulfiye and Gulden at the in house Spa, for a wonderful experience. We booked five places on our second day. Entertainment was mostly musical. Victor stole the show with great voice, great songs and crowd interaction. The food was very good, a wide variety at the buffet. A la carte available outside of buffet times and a snack area available for cakes and coffee. Book the special restaurants early to avoid disappointment if you intend eating away from the buffet area. Overall great experience. John and Daunna.

This was our 2nd visit to Akra Sorgun and it was just as good as the first. We went for my Wife's 50th birthday and had a card, cake and bottle of fizz on arrival in our room which was a lovely touch. The whole place is absolutely stunning and spotlessly clean. All rooms have been refurbished and are definitely at a 5 star level compared to some other hotels we have stayed at. Food options are great in the main buffet restaurant and available round the clock, with other eating places available throughout the day. Drinks are fantastic with mostly all imported brands rather than cheap local brands which most hotels serve. Thea's Coffee shop and Başka Ol are amazing and also have a great variety. Beach and pool area's are kept spotlessly clean and you will never struggle for sun beds. What sets this place apart from other hotels we have stayed at is the staff. The customer service at this hotel is what should be delivered by all places. Everyone has a smile and will go above and beyond to please. Omar on the beach, Gamze at Thea's and Metin in the lobby bar are exceptional but special mentions have to go to Erdi & Mehmet in the buffet restaurant. These 2 guy's looked after us for 10 days and are extremely hard working. 2 of the nicest guy's we have ever met. If there is 1 point for the hotel to improve it would have to be a pier like most hotels now have, this would make the place complete. I am already in the process of booking for Sep/Oct so will see you soon Akra Sorgun!!

We stayed at the Akra Sorgun for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we had fantastic weather too. Our room was modern and very well equipped with everything that you would need in a hotel bedroom. The whole of the hotel has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The main restaurant was very good with a huge selection of food, which was very well presented. Overall the service we received in the adult section was very good. The free ala carte restaurants were also worth a visit, we experienced very good food and excellent service in all 3 of them. We did try the Tarcin restaurant one evening, there is a £35 supplement per person, however we were not impressed with our choice of food, which was a shame as the service was excellent. Many other guests spoke very highly of this restaurant and the Aqua Grill, which also has a supplement. The hotel has two coffee shops, Thea’s and Baska Ol, Baska Ol was very underutilised and we didn’t really see the point of having 2 coffee venues. However there was a delicious selection of macaroons and chocolates in Baska Ol. We found the cake selection in Thea’s to be too rich and more like deserts, the ice cream was very good though. It would have been nice to see more in the way of Danish pastries and muffins. Both coffee shops had very delightful friendly ladies serving. We went to the beach each day where we received very good towel and excellent drinks service throughout. Drinks were offered to us throughout the day. We did experience a few problems initially, especially with service in the bars. We felt that that this was due to either a shortage of staff or lack of training or both. However we found some of the staff to be exceptional. Our complaints were listened to and were dealt with. We definitely saw improvements towards the end of our stay. The two TUI representatives, Becci and Oumia and Mine who worked for the hotel, were excellent and really helpful and turned our negatives into positives, they are definitely an asset to the customer relations department. We had a very early morning flight back to the Uk and the hotel very kindly provided a picnic to take with us. This was very welcome and a nice touch. This can be ordered with reception the day before. We would like to return to this hotel in the future and hopefully experience the improvements.

Amazing hotel, amazing friendly staff, beautiful rooms, comfy bed and pillows. The buffet restaurant was great, variety of food was really good and the a la carte restaurants were also very good, drinks were branded and a good choice available. Dilek our waitress at breakfast was just amazing, certainly never wanted for coffee as soon as cup half empty she was there filling it, also tuba or as she liked to be called saxophone in the coffee shop was amazing. The only downside to this hotel if you stay in adults only is that it is very quiet, you do get an afternoon singer but all the activities are in the family area and the entertainment team don’t come and tell you what’s on, they do have an app and you could look at that but it would be nice for some activities in the adult section. We spent 2 weeks there and it was very relaxing, we have booked to go back in October.

We came to Turkey many many years ago, so glad we came back!From the moment you arrive at the reception you are given a warm welcome!! All staff were fantastic nothing to much trouble, went out if their way to help. Ramadan,and Metila were always getting our drinks,absolutely brilliant staff all work well together, sorry can't remember everyone's names but they all deserve a mention,such a welcoming hotel,staff are the best!! We had a swim up room and the Olive Bar was opposite to us the bar man (sorry forgot name) think you know who you are got our drinks daily waved then put them to the edge,my husband swam across to get them,that is great service! Knew when he was day off as it didn't happen! The gym was excellent best I've used and been to a lot of hotels! The food is plentiful, always something to eat,salads, veg,meats,beautiful soups,felt totally spoilt,and certainly know how to look after their guests! Such a wonderful hotel, fantastic grounds to walk around on way to the beach!! Stunning location. Went into Side, and the Thursday Market well worth a visit.Taxi about 10 euros each way,again worth it. And you also get a beach bag in room,how thoughtful is that nice touches,always cleaned daily,just push button on panel for any service.
