Seashell Resort & Spa

I have really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We came in a group of 3 couples and had three rooms between us. Unfortunately we had bottom floor rooms and so didn’t have the best view however I found the rooms were clean and well kept. The cleaning service everyday was very good. The rooms don’t have working cold air conditioning and instead had hot air conditioning. I explained this as a problem with reception and they failed to help me and provide a solution. The food at the hotel was good, they had a good selection each day. The desserts looked good however they tasted abit bland. The beach bar for lunch was amazing, you could choose a meal and they would live cook this for you in front of you. The drinks and all bar staff were really friendly and very attentive to our needs. In particular I was very impressed by ‘Smiley’ who I believe was part of the entertainment crew. He was a pleasure to speak to and really made the effort to ensure we had a nice stay. He spoke really good English and so understood well any issues we had and did his absolute best to make this better. I think he is a credit to the hotel and a friendly face to all guests. Thank you very much for all your help! Overall, I would recommend this hotel as I think it’s a good base with good shopping nearby and lots of trips locally.

Hotel was lovely, views good but as we were transferred to a different hotel we were placed on ground floor meaning our views were the reception and front drop of area which wasn’t great. We also got put in disability access room which was not necessary at all but want an issue. Food was amazing and the Turkish themed evening was great ! Staff are very friendly and polite! The outside beach bar have more English options for picky eaters Pool and beach are great with amazing sunsets! SMILEY (who I believe is an entertainer) was delightful to speak to, very helpful and informative and such a nice friendly presence the whole holiday ! Would absolutely recommend having a chat with him or joining in on his activities throughout the day / night ! :)

Our room was fine and reasonably clean. The service of the staff is good but especially after a small financial gift 🤣. They even ask for a tip and a waiter showed us an empty wallet. I don't think that's the intention but maybe it's normal in Turkey. The location is fine but way too busy. Even though it is forbidden, towels are still put on the beach beds in the morning. Be careful when swimming in the sea because there is a river that flows into it that is quite dirty and smelly. The buffet is varied but almost the same every day. Two people in our group got food poisoning. The cause of this is difficult to determine but we didn't eat anywhere else.

After London, the sun and vacation are peaceful. Friendly staff, quality food, animation team is very good. A hotel to go with family or friends. The prices are also suitable for our budget. The cleaning team is very meticulous and good. The location of the hotel is lovely. It is impossible to make a bad comment. Thank you seashell team...❤️

This hotel is such a lovely place. Food lovely, plenty of food options with 3 different places for lunch and buffet and a la cartes on night. Waffles, crepes, patisserie available daily you will never go hungry. Workers are constantly cleaning or attending to the gardens, very well kept place. Room was always cleaned and mini bar filled. Plenty of entertainment, shows, foam party, white party. Short walk to shops with plenty of shopping. Beach is a lovely sandy beach. We were the only English family for our two week stay. The only things this effected was tthe kids were unable to make friends due to english barrier and the evening entertainment the talking was in German. However, the songs were English. My daughter has allergies and all of the staff were extremely helpful -except the catering manager. The waiters could not do enough for you and all so helpful. We don't normally return to hotels but we would return here. The reason for 4 stars is the lack of English in the entertainment and the catering manager.

This hotel is the best we have stayed in Turkey, Check in, staff friendly, and helpful, seemed a little surprised we were English as the hotel is mainly German Tourists, The bellboy showed us to the room explaining the details of the hotel along the way, The room was big well laid out and spotless, there's a minibar that is restocked daily and good working air con. We like to think we probably had the best view in the hotel from our balcony. The restaurant is exceptional in the choices and live cooking stations, I can't imagine anyone staying here going hungry. As previous comments not all the staff speak English, but we never found this to be an issue as if they didn't understand another member of staff who could speak English would look after us. The hotel has a private beach were we spent most of our time, there our beach beds, towels and parasol provide, the water isn't deep and is safe for swimming, there's a bar on the beach that also serves food for lunch, The standards in the main restaurant are not lowered in any way at this facility, I need to mention the staff here in particular Aydin, Frat and Sullyman who set a high standard and make everyone here welcome. The general manager is seen daily throughout the hotel who takes time to chat to everyone always trying to improve the guest experience, The guest service manager spent time chatting with us over dinner, We believe that the standards set by these 2 managers is what sets this hotel above others we've stayed in, My wife and I don't usually revisit area's more than twice as you've normally seen and done what you like by then, however after this experience we have already planning for next years visit.
