私たちは、教師として卒業してから50年以上経った後に大学の同窓会を開く同僚やパートナーのグループでした。新型コロナウイルス感染症（Covid-19）の影響により一部の出席者に影響が出たため、日程を変更する必要がありました。新しい日付を考慮すると、新しい日付での滞在を2泊から1泊に短縮する必要がありました。他の日程とは異なり、キャンセルされた日程については返金されませんでした。 多くの人が注文したフィッシュアンドチップスのディナー料理はひどいもので、妻はそれが食べられないと感じました。彼女は当時の給仕スタッフにこう言いました。 作業員は午前8時前に2階で作業を開始したが、その作業音が私たちのいる階の上の階に響き渡った。まったく受け入れられず、ゲストに対する無関心 全体として、滞在は不快だったので、今後そこに滞在することは避けます。

Premier Inn Dale Street is top drawer. The Premier plus room is the best Premier Inn room I've stayed in. There's a nespreso machine and green & blacks chocolates. Everything is clean and tidy. Oshane on the reception desk was particularly friendly and helpful. Give it a try!

This Premier Inn is a very easy location, if you are coming down by the train, 4 minutes walk to Manchester Piccadilly train station. When arriving I was place in the wrong room, went to reception and was moved rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful, there is a guess room on complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar, ironing board, iron and clean towels. 7 minute walk to Piccadilly Gardens and 11 minute walk to Market Street. I really had a good night stay at this Premier Inn, would stay here again.

Perfect place to relax, everything you need for a basic night's stay. Lovely clean shower, amazing bed, really high off the floor and sooo comfy. Better than any bed I've had in a boutique hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! On arrival we were greeted and checked in was very easy but there was someone available to help if needed. We then made our way to our room which was a family room - 1 double and 2 singles. This was an adequate sized room. It was big enough for the 1 night we were staying. It was a clean modern room. We paid for breakfast on the morning and it was great - lots of choice and all fresh! Staff we very helpful and nothing was too much bother, always happy to help! The hotel is in an ideal location to be able to walk to shops and restaurants. We would use again!

Was in an excellent location. Breakfast wasn’t value for money. There is a Wetherspoons down the road that would have done cheaper! The heater in room didn’t work. Got charged over £9 for a pint of Guiness and a pint of coke! Shame as the bar area was lovely but prices extortionate! Staff on reception couldn’t be bothered. Checked ourselves in and out. The room was nice but shower gel bottle broken and almost empty…

a great easter weekend (two nights) it was quiet the food was delicious and reasonably priced for Manchester centre. I'm becoming more aware of disability accommodations, the route to and from the rooms were step free, the bathroom while not an specifically accessible one had plenty of space inside and the corridor entranceway for the room was spacious and wide. there were staff around but while they obviously noticed us they didn't approach
