ザ・ミッドランド・マンチェスターでの滞在は本当に素晴らしかったです。このホテルのすべてが期待をはるかに超えていました！到着した瞬間から、スタッフは温かく迎えてくれ、私たちのために惜しみなく尽くしてくれました。チームメンバー全員が心からのもてなしをしてくれ、サービス全体を通して申し分ありませんでした。 部屋は清潔で、美しく手入れされており、信じられないほど快適でした。ベッドはまるで雲の上で寝ているかのようで、久しぶりにぐっすり眠ることができました！ルームサービスは迅速でプロフェッショナル、そして食事も美味しく、街を散策した長い一日の後にはまさに至福のひとときでした。 リラックスといえば、スパはまさに最高でした。清潔で落ち着いた雰囲気、そして素晴らしいデザインで、まさに最高のエスケープでした。マッサージは今まで受けた中で最高でした。信じられないほど心地よく、完璧に調整されていました。心ゆくまで贅沢なひとときを過ごしたいなら、ここはまさにうってつけです。 立地も最高です。マンチェスターの中心部に位置し、あらゆるものが徒歩圏内にありながら、喧騒から離れた静かな隠れ家のような雰囲気を醸し出しています。 総じて、ザ・ミッドランドはまさに宝石のようなホテルです。快適でエレガント、そして素晴らしいチームによって運営されています。絶対にまた来たいと思います！

最近マンチェスターのミッドランド ホテルに宿泊しましたが、残念ながら、有名なホテルに期待していた体験とは程遠いものでした。サービスが不十分で、部屋にはいくつかのメンテナンスの問題があり、滞在に大きく影響しました。 まず、部屋自体のベッドの頭上のランプが壊れていました。さらに、シャワー室の引き戸が壊れていて、不便なだけでなく安全上の問題もありました。こうした基本的なメンテナンスの問題に注意を払わないホテルに泊まるのは、特に高水準の宿泊施設にお金を払っているときに、イライラさせられます。 さらに悪いことに、部屋にアイス バケツを注文しましたが、届くまでに 45 分かかりましたが、溶けた氷が入っていました。交換を頼んだところ、新しいバケツが届くまでにさらに 30 分かかりました。この遅れとサービスの質の悪さが相まって、悪い印象を残しました。 さらに、歯磨きセットやシャワー キャップなどの基本的なアメニティがそれぞれ 3 ポンドの追加料金で請求されることに驚きました。この評判のホテルとしては、スイートルームに標準装備されているはずのこれらの必需品に追加料金を支払うとは思っていませんでした。 特に残念だったのは、滞在中にパーソナライズがまったくなかったことです。誕生日を祝うためにスイートルームを予約しましたが、ホテル側からのお礼や特別な配慮はなく、非個人的な体験でがっかりしました。 ホテルの立地は素晴らしいのですが、サービスが悪く、メンテナンスが不十分で、基本的なアメニティに追加料金がかかり、誕生日に特別な配慮がなかったのは、大きな失望でした。このレベルのホテルとしては、もっと細部にまで気を配り、より高いレベルの快適さを期待していました。適切な改善を行えば、素晴らしい滞在になる可能性があるので、経営陣がこれらの問題に対処してくれることを願っています。

Friendly and helpful service and great location . Just with there was mini fridge in the room and some real plants in the room

We stayed at the midland for a weekend get away. We arrived late are we were still met with nothing but smiles from the staff. The bar has a great selection, additionally giving a great opportunity for a spa day! We were even given complimentary late check out 😁

Super nice staff, checked me in at 9:00am so I could leave my bags to attend a meeting. Porter was extremely personable, we had a lovely chat. I've wanted to stop here for over 40 years, since I was a student at University of Salford, lovely to have an opportunity now. The hotel is just as classy as I imagined and does the photographs justice. My room was kept in nice order, even though I only stopped for 2 nights. The hotel was lovely and clean. I didn't eat in the Midland, although I intend to return & most certainly will. The location was ideal for the meetings I had travelled to attend, but is also in a great location for any city visitor intending to look around.

no parking at this establishment and no dropping off available at times as their maintenance and delivery vans might take up the small space cut into the front pavement. They do provide you with a discount voucher at nearby public carparks. Rooms are clean but the decorating is a patch up job throughout. The noise from the tram it is horrible and through the night as windows are not soundproof. In our room the heating was out of order and oil filled radiators were put up instead. Television sets have either the option for TV channels or to connect to your phone: bad aerial prevented viewing most channels and TV only connected to the staff's androids and not to our iphones. There was no options for apps such as youtube or netflix and kids have to entertain themselves on their tablet. Swimming pool is the size of a private one in a residential home. Staff is courteous and the breakfast is way and beyond satisfactory. The majestic hall from their photos was nowhere to be seen. Would go again if no other options shall be available at the time.

A little bit old inside the rooms, but have a stunning hall and outside. Really convenient location, close to everywhere.

We had a fabulous stay at The Midland. It had a luxurious feel straight from the lobby with flavoured water, diffusers and welcoming staff. Our room was beautiful and we had complimentary turn down each day. We would come back!

Lovely spacious room. The hotel itself was immaculate, and the complimentary use of the spa facilities (1hr) is a nice touch. This hotel is right in the centre of Manchester, so there are lots of things to do within walking distance.

Lovely hotel and staff are amazing. Have stayed here before and would do again. Only negative is room 445 the air con was not effective at all and room was very hot. Workers up in the night s we were warm.
