Arrived and room was tidy but there was blood on the bed sheets. Despite informing reception nothing was done. I even went to reception again and no one did anything. My wife called when I arrived home. Twice no one called me back!! Customer service not great. They then advised they would issue a refund but I am still waiting ?

Great budget hotel in a perfect location. Only a stone throw away from the Trafford centre and very accessible to/from Manchester Piccadilly station. The rooms were equipped with all the necessities including an iron! Only let down would be the breakfast as there are not many options. Vegan alternatives are available on request.

Literally a short walk to the Trafford Centre and the tram stops so easy access to city centre too.
Staff were lovely and accommodatingto our needs.
The rooms were bigger than expected and lovely big shower. There was free WiFi and every room had ac and plenty of energy outlets. Breakfast was included and was of a very good quality. I would definitely stay again.

Made a brief stop on our way back to London from Liverpool and found this hotel very convenient with free parking and a huge shopping mall nearby. Clean and modern. Great breakfast.
