The experience in the hotel is nice! Will come again if I travel to ***galore next time!

The stay was comfortable, service was mostly good, courteous staff kind and helpful.

Excellent hotel and clean. The stuff was helpful and the restaurants very nice. The overall stay was very nice the room service was frequent and polite. Daily cleaning was being carried out. Breakfast was with numerous options and the food was clean and tasty

Comfortable stay. Rooms are good. Breakfast is delicious includes both south and north indian menu. Lounge is good too. Staff is cooperative and helpful. It's at the city center so it's very easy to go to any place nearby. Very convenient and nice. Thank you for lovely hospitality.

Good, and well kept rooms. Very comfortable to stay a couple of days. The behaviour of the staff, and the valet should be better. The attitude they carried was not a welcoming one. I was asked if I had an accommodation a minimum of four to five times in a day whenever I stepped out. Such pathetic behaviour, one of the worst staff I have come across in any star hotels. I would not choose to stay in Goldfinch - ***galore just because of their rude customer service. 5/5 for hotel comfort, but 0/5 for staff character.

During my recent stay at the Goldfinch Hotel in Bangalore, I was impressed by the overall experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive to my needs throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.

It's excellent, very clean, I recommend again to visit here. Staff here are very friendly and cooperative. Food is excellent and lots of varieties and tasty too. Rooms are very neat and AC works very well. View is amazing and beautiful. I came here for business but definitely visit with my family.

my stay experience here was very good..it was a solo stay...great hospitality...and food was amazing...all coastal food Specialities seem authentic 😋 short waiting time for food...Front desk staff is courteous and checks if everything is okay from time to time..Cleaning staff are also sincere....would surely come back with friends and family next time.

Goldfinch is a very comfortable hotel. Service is good & the rates are very reasonable. The location is also great. I had dinner at the Sanadige restaurant. The quality of food was great & the service was was very efficient. However as someone coming from Delhi, who is used to eating Southern food including Dakshina Kannada food at SWAGATH, I found the food to be a little low on spice. The Gadbad dessert however was fantastic. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting ***galuru
