Royal Plaza Suites, foremost, has a super location that is an arms throw away from major tourist sites and Malls in Mangalore city. Coupled with that, the spank cleanliness of the room, complete with all amenities like covered car parking, ironing board, fridge, kettle, free sauna, powerful AC right down to shoe shine was a real deal clincher, more so, considering it was reasonably priced. The staff were exceptionally courteous and, specifically, the security guards who were always available even at odd hours to guide you, into and out of the parking slot. For a small consideration, the security guard will even wash your dusty car. The complimentary breakfast buffet was stupendous. The room service from the vegetarian restaurant, Coconut Grove or the other non-veg restaurant, whose name escapes me at the moment, was quick and the food tasty. All in all, i wouldn't in the least bit hesitate to recommend this hotel enough to travelers. I am sure I will revisit it whenever i am back in Mangalore again Congratulations to the Management and Staff!! Please keep maintaining your high standards.

I had the pleasure of visiting Mangalore on the 17th of October 2023, where I was greeted with a warm welcome despite my late arrival at night after a 12-hours long journey. One of the first things that captured my attention was a stunning wall-to-wall mural behind the front office desk. This remarkable artwork vividly depicted the cultural heritage of Karnataka, featuring Kola performances, Kambala races, and other local traditions that have gained recent pan-India popularity thanks to the movie ”Kantara.” It served as a captivating introduction to the exciting experiences that awaited me during my stay. Let's talk about the accommodation. The rooms were tastefully appointed and impeccably clean. I particularly appreciated the Skylight Suites, which, while lacking a balcony, featured a beautifully decorated and spacious sitting area with a skylight adjacent to the main room. This clever design made the room feel more expansive. However, it's worth mentioning that the washrooms could benefit from better ventilation. In terms of dining, the food was satisfactory, but I would suggest diversifying the menu to include more vegetarian options to cater to a wider range of preferences. Now, let me highlight the standout feature of my stay – the in-house transportation services provided by the hotel. They operated with exceptional efficiency, boasting well-maintained and spotlessly clean vehicles. The chauffeurs were not only punctual but also displayed the utmost professionalism. I must give a special commendation to Mr. Balraj, who not only ensured our smooth transport to the temples we had planned to visit but also offered valuable insights into darshan durations. His willingness to take us to additional temples during our journeys, such as the Mariamman Temple in Mangalore, Rajarajeshwari Temple in Polali, Bappanadu Parameshwari Temple in Mulki, and Uchchila Maha Lakshmi on the way to Udupi (and possibly more that I can't recall at the moment) was truly exceptional. His knowledge of cultural immersion opportunities, especially during Navratris, was remarkable, and he even introduced us to experiences like the Yakshagana performance at Kadri Manjunatheswar. As my trip had a strong focus on pilgrimage, his insights into these sacred places were invaluable. His careful and considerate approach as a driver was exemplary. Not once did he engage in rash driving, even in the challenging and treacherous forested, mountainous routes that we encountered. Furthermore, Mr. Balraj's helpful nature shone brightly throughout our journey. With my elderly parents accompanying me, his assistance was greatly appreciated. He went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being, offering his support at every turn. His unwavering dedication to both our safety and enjoyment of the trip made him an indispensable part of our experience. Mr. Balraj truly embodies the spirit of excellence in service. Booked 5 N package from 22nd Oct for family trip. 3N is suite room and 2N in presidential suite. For family of 4 like ours Suite room shld be apt. Moti mahal property is a bit old and hence slight room and plumbing issues due to which I cld not give 5 star. Negatives end here and the positive list continues 1) Accessible to all places near hampankatta. 2) Excellent reception staff, wld like to mention Roy and Anshul who were always ready to help,guide and resolve any issue highlighted,made our stay special. 3) Housekeeping team is full of simple staff, doing their job sincerely 4) They have veg,non veg and Thai restaurant if you want to dine in the hotel lots of delicious options to choose from. 5) Breakfast buffet is a decent spread, every day the spread changes and all dishes are delicious 6) All in all excellent place to stay when in namma Mangaluru, Left with fond memories, will definitely visit again.

Extremely polite and cooperative staff. Very good hygiene is maintained. Fairly good veg restuarant (Vishwa Bhavan) is there in the ground floor and too expensive multi-cuisine restaurant in the first level (The Curry Wok). The main drawback is the cumbersome car parking facility which is in the second basement and one has to Rev the car with full throtle to reach the main road in the busiest area (Hampankatta) surpassing the foot path wherein there are herds of pedestrians putting their lives to risk. Rooms are quite brightly lit. Spacious and well laid bathrooms with 24 hours running hot water is an added advantage. This hotel is in the very heart of the city and the happening place. Mangalore Central Railway station is hardly 750 meters away. Will visit again.

Received very warm welcome. View is like awesome as there is a overlooking sea. Provided amenities were too good. Highly recommended for a sea view room. All the provided services are upto the mark. A very quick response for anything that is been requested for.

約11年のギャップの後、この素敵なホテルへの2回目の訪問であり、それでも優れた客室とサービスを提供しています。広とした設備の整ったスイートがあり、とても快適でした。上からの眺めも素晴らしい!彼らが強くお勧めしたので、私たちが試した2つの素晴らしいレストラン。 1つはインド料理ともう1つは中国料理を提供しています。両方とも、食品の品質とサービスの点で優れています。すべての分野のすべてのスタッフは一流でした。私の唯一の小さな失望は、閉じたバーの床の瓦に委託されたその人の写真とシャーロックバーの死を見ることでした:) 強くお勧めします。

The room i got was very small and had a huge bed which took up all the space in the room. There was barely any place to walk around the room or navigate. The utilities were clean and well maintained. But the hotel did not offer any room service for ordering food. We had to order through swiggy. The guests who took the adjoining room made a lot of noise while talking and kept banging the room door as they entered exited. The category of people staying in this hotel didn't meet my expectations.

The food at this restaurant is exceptional, with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors in every dish. The menu offers a nice variety, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Portions are generous, and presentation is impressive, making each meal a delight for both the palate and the eyes. Equally noteworthy is the staff. They are friendly, attentive, and professional, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Service is efficient without feeling rushed, and the staff is always ready to offer recommendations or accommodate special requests.
