This room is in a prime location. There are numerous restaurants nearby, so you will never struggle to find a place to eat; the options range from affordable meals to the height of luxury, catering to any preference. I have stayed in this owner's units multiple times, and they are always clean, comfortable, and offer superb views from the windows. Having a washing machine on the balcony was a great convenience, allowing me to do laundry whenever I needed. The kitchenette also makes it easy to reheat and enjoy leftovers from the night before. Naturally, there is a refrigerator as well, so you can stock up on beer or water from the nearby convenience store and keep them chilled. If I am staying in Manila, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else—that is how well-managed and comfortable these units are. The only potential downside is that they might become so popular that it becomes difficult to book one. I plan to book early to ensure I don't miss out.

Great views from up high. I had the 26th floor. I didnt know the pool was an extra fee. I think this is a Airbnb combined with permanent residents living in the condo building. Internet worked fine, but one night it did cut out, so you would have to reset. The extra security guard was nice.
