Rooms are good for the price .. Spacious rooms with suites as well. Located at the heart of the university town. Location is excellent as the rickshaw stand and the bus stand are opposite the hotel itself... good for people who want to visit manipal university

Good budget hotel , near to mit manipal , elevator is there , parking space is there, they have family bar and restaurant, in room dining also available. Staff's are very helpful, 24 hrs check in check out is there

Budget friendly, neat and clean rooms. Staff is friendly and flexible. The only issue arrived was the hot water in the morning this might becuase solar panels wont be effective during monsoon however staff provided hot stick.

I booked two AC double bed rooms and when I reached the hotel I was provided a single room with two separate beds and a single bathroom. Even though I paid the booking amount in advance, I was denied the service promised to me and was said that my rooms were provided to another customer. The receptionist was also very very rude and not responsive. He don’t know how to deal with customers in hospitality industry. I ended up paying higher price. I read reviews from other customers who found lizards and mouse in rooms. The linen bedsheets provided were torn. Please don’t fall for their scams and don’t book rooms here

Checked in the hotel on 25.3.22, booked via make my trip till 31.3.22. Was alloted room 326 ( double AC) - found with a broken toilet. After endless wait, was given room 324. Mattress & pillows provided must have been filled with stones, on request for a softer/smaller pillow, the one provided was even worse. The total property must have been erected 25/30 years back & since then no revamping have been taken up. Overall ambience of room 326 & 324 is of some cheap JANATA hotel, not of some 3 star(claimed) hotel. Night 1.30 the AC stopped functioning. After lot of argument with the sleepy receptionist, was shifted to room 202. Somehow slept off the rest of night. Now put a request to make my trip for canceling my rest of booking so I can shift to a decent hotel. Somehiw, not feeling safe to stay in the hotel anymore. Oh, 26.3 morning went out after handing the room keys at reception for cleaning etc. Came back at around 13.00 hrs & was told by the reception lady to go directly to the room as maintenance staffs have the key & hence came to room & voila! room keys are missing. 10/15 minutes later the keys are found. A real gem of a hotel with jewel of staffs. Here I am sharing a photo of the shabby toilet of room 202 & the broken bedside table lamp with exposed electrical cable - if switched on by mistake is a pure death threat ! And I shall be enlightened if anybody has seen this model of AC. Uddam Nag
