Unfortunately, my sister and her husband were unable to stay.

What we did not like was the low toilets. For older people they are very difficult to get too and get up again, Most of us have knee issues and back issues. We would also like to see a handle bar in the showers for older to people to hang onto as not to slip and fall. We loose our balance very easy.

Check in was super fast. Facilities were within walking distance of many dining and shopping options. The entire room was clean, modern, and comfortable.

The stagg was incredibly helpful and very friendly. We were able to check in easily and get to our room right away. We will stay here anytime we need a hotel in Mankato.

Our toilet was not working correctly and when we talked to front desk they brought a plunger within minutes. Pool area was very nice.

Earlier this year we got into bed at the hotel and found a plastic knee brace in the bed. Also some socks there. The staff came and changed the sheets then have us a free night in a very nice room for our next visit. The next visit was fine. This recent visit the toilet had urine and splatter on the toilet seat. Not under the seat, but on the seat. Not going back.

We were not aware that the motel does not provide cleaning services to your room daily. They have a policy to provide it every 3 days. linens were available at the desk but vacuuming etc did not happen.

Very clean! Pool hottub area clean and well maintained. Little amenities really make you feel welcome! Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and lemon water available 24 hours! Staff was great, rooms cleaned very well ! Definitely reccomend!!!!

The staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was great. Will definitely stay here next time we're in Mankato!
