Catastrophic customer service. Self checkin for off hours arrivals works though, but in case of problems there is no service available other than a hotline where someone just opens a service ticket. Due to a heavy smell out of the sink or whatever the room could not be used at all. Calling the hotline was useless, no one was calling me back or was taking care of my problem. After waiting 1 hour in the lobby without any help, I eventually left the facility to check in into another hotel. It was terrible experience to be ignored as a guest. No more again!
