清潔でモダンなホテル、一日を始めるための素晴らしい朝食、最も重要なことは、マンハイムの主要鉄道駅まで徒歩5分、マンハイムショッピング地区までのトラム駅まで徒歩2分です。フロントオフィスのスタッフは親切で丁寧でした。素晴らしい滞在をしてくれてありがとう。ホテルの最高の部分は、駅の景色と外からの騒音がまったくないため、滞在がとても快適です。

Good location, clean well equipped rooms with fridge and coffee machine. Hotel has paid parking facility very near by which cost €15 per night. Air conditioning not that effective, and some street noise could be heard from our room, in all a decent hotel.

We arrived at the hotel after a long travel day in the early evening and the receptionist was very friendly, listened and gave us two nice rooms with views towards the city (rather than the station and rail-tracks). The rooms were clean and had amenities such as a kettle. What really rocked was the breakfast. An excellent choice of cold and warm, a very good handmade fruit-salad and bircher musli. As I am someone using the stairs rather than the elevator to do some steps, I really enjoyed the motivating messages on each floor of the staircase. Good idea! Overall great value for our money. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay, we will come back when the opportunity arises.

Rooms, reception entrance, bicycle storage under stairs, reduced to importance facilities concept - new & nice. Receptionist very helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast was a disappointment. Unmotivated breakfast staff. We asked to have the table cleaned as all tables were occupied or not cleaned (lots and lots of unclean tables). The breakfast lady pointed her finger to the breakfast gentleman who she said is responsible for clearing dishes. After a while the table was cleaned. The buffet is too small for so many guests. The staff made an uninterested face when clearing the dishes onto a trolley. This is the first hotel were we experienced clearing trolleys. Good for staff as they do not need to carry plates. Breakfast choice was not versatile enough for this amount of guests. A lot of guests looked unhappy because of the unorganised, untidy, incompetent, unfriendly breakfast situation.

This hotel is modern and staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate- I had a Queen star room. Rooms are just slightly cold but comfortable non the less. The bar was well shocked and service very good. Breakfast was great- so much choice. Perfect location for shops, restaurants and lovely Christmas markets. I'd stay here again.

I spent the weekend from May 6 till 8 in this hotel. I based my choice on the reviews concerning the quality of the beds and the location in Mannheim. The hotel is not the newest but it's well maintained and the rooms are clean. Minus is that there is no vault nor a a fridge in the room. The garage is spacious.
