Not family friendly, families with kids better avoid going to this place.

Clean, friendly, good place for family

Housekeeping service only once in between stay not daily, simple change of towels and sheets, no cleaning of kitchen and dish washing. Power supply not steady, jump lines at least five times last night. No lift for second floor, need to carry luggage for 20 steps.

Good location easy to get to Mt Buller and Craig's Hut from there

Totally love it, will come back again next year and bring my family 😁. Last minute book and got this room, so lovely and comfy🥰🥰🥰 Walking distance from the V/line Bus stop (Mansfield to Melbourne) is 10-12mins by foot.

這次預訂了兩個房間的家庭套房，很幸運被升級到三室一廳的房間，房間很有年代感，但很乾凈。 有個大露台可以坐下來喝茶看書，順便看着孩子們在游泳池游泳。 酒店還有個熱spa，冬天滑雪過後熱SPA一下應該好不愜意

很不錯的地方 擁有很多設施可以使用 居然還有泳池 spa 還能租雪具 很方便 還有小賣部可以買咖啡早點 房間很大間 客廳活動空間很足夠 廚房餐具很齊全
