フェアフィールド・イン・オンタリオ・マンスフィールド(Fairfield Inn & Suites Mansfield Ontario)

I booked and paid for the room one month in advance. When I arrived, they told me the hotel had been over booked so I had to find another hotel for the night, Very disappointing.

Enjoyed our stay . However we had a flood in the bathroom and no one was avail to fix. Also no housekeeping came to clean or give us towels that we had to use with the flood. Breakfast the food was cold and there was no coffee both days. Staff was nice at front desk.

When I checked in, the room had an issue with the leaking "P" trap on the bathroom sink. Needless to say that first night was interesting using the sink. I reported it the following morning and the front desk person said, "I've had a service order on that for a few days, and they shouldn't have rented that room to you." I was gone for the remainder of the day and the leak was fixed. Everything was satisfactory from that point on.

We checked into our room and everything looked nice and presentable. Once we pull the covers back on the bed there was what looked to be blood splattered all over the sheets. We called the front desk and the night manager came in to change the bedding. He was disgusted by the sheets and apologized for it. This was a first for us and hopefully a last.

When I booked the reservation it was very confusing as I was actually looking for lodging in Mansfield OHIO not Mansfield ON !!!! Please consider crediting me for the Canadian booking. We live in Rochester NY and was traveling toward Louisville KY. Mansfield Ohio was our destination for late check in on Friday 10/6…. Not Ontario Canada!!!! I have a screen shot that proves the website showed the address as OHIO but the hotel is Ontario! I would be happy to send that to you -please give me an email and a person to direct this to -thank you so much, Patricia Doerr

The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Mansfield/ Ontario Ohio is a very clean, comfortable, and ecstatically pleasing. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Overall, I just thought the price at $200 was rather high for the Mansfield area. The only criticism of the room is the bathroom light is very dim.

Friendly staff, good breakfast. I did not have any lotion or hand soap in my room but it was very clean.

The facility is fine. I received an email the day before checking in to ask me to pre-register. I was informed that all I had to do was stop by the front desk for my door key. I was also told that I would receive a text message when my room was ready for me. When I arrived I had to go through the same normal procedures - show ID, present credit card, etc. No text telling me that my room was ready. Once I got to my room I received a text message ten minutes later telling me my room was ready. When I went to get some ice I found out that the only ice machine in the building was on the first floor - I was on the third.

The customer service was excellent. I was staying for business and therefore needed a no frills option and that’s exactly what the hotel provided
