So many issues and probably not enough space for me to detail each one. The major issue was:
1. The rooms were not cleaned properly (the floor was dirty and underneath the bed was a clutter of dust). The bedsheets didn’t feel like they had been changed. House keeping do NOT change bedsheets unless you are staying more than 7 days. Anything other than turning over the bed, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen is an extra charge (including hoovering the floor).
2. The staff at Chill Out bar are very rude and seem to have an issue when asking for something so basic like a lid for my latte so I can sit by the pool and not spill it on to anyone between the bar and the chair.
3. The pool has a policy that towels will be removed before 10:30 if they are unattended. This was not the case for the 3 days I decided to queue (yes you have to queue) to get lounge chairs at 08:30 for the pool to be opened at 09:00. I could see many chairs unattended while everyone went for breakfast. It is pointless having this policy.
There is still many more, but as mentioned, there is not enough space for me to detail everything. I will be writing to the resort direct with my feedback.
