We come to this hotel regularly because it is a great hotel. You leave the hotel feeling refreshed and having gained a few kilos☺️. Because breakfast and dinner are very tasty. Especially the presentation of the food, the selection of dishes is great. The customer relations of the employees are very warm. You feel very comfortable. We would especially like to thank Mr. Guiseppe for offering us privileged dinners.

Amazing hotel with many great features including the spa, sauna infusions, claiming wall, unforgettable cousine. Very pleasant people in all departments, simply wonderful experience. Location just next to the Kronplatz ski slopes..

'Welcome home' is the tagline to this hotel and I can totally see why. As soon as you arrive, you relax. When you walk in you are greeted by the most stunning areas which instantly provides you with a feeling of comfort - there are so many inviting areas to choose from, whether that's in front of a fireplace or by the tree in the centre of the lobby. The hotel represents a very active feel, not only from the spa, pool, gym and climbing wall, but from the artwork and the rooms too - each of which has weights, a yoga mat and stretching wall for you to enjoy. All rooms also have a terrace or balcony which is a great feature. The a la carte dining left me wanting more and the self-serve cheese bar helped with that. This hotel is fab for both families and adults wanting to enjoy a luxury ski break - with the slopes being a 5-min walk or 1-min transfer! Petra and her team can't do enough for you. I wish I could have stayed for longer!

I Knew that would have been an amazing place, but that went beyond my expectations! My arrival has been welcomed from their perfect way of host their guests and from an impeccable check in. Fast and efficient. My staying has been of one night and has been pleasant and cozy. The restaurant is particularly warm and the atmosphere is really enjoyable! I’ll be back! 10 out of 10!

Had a great experience with my wife. Hotel is amazing and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The bartender at the lobby bar was great as well! We had vesper martinis - couldn’t have been better! Breakfast was also notable… everything you could imagine in terms of food! So delicious

The hotel is well maintained, the staff is very kind and responsive, and the food is excellent. The spa is especially wonderful. A great place to relax and enjoy the mountain scenery.

This beautifully designed, warm hotel offers a modern alternative to the typical, older, tired ski chalet. The spacious rooms have clean lines, elegant bathrooms comfortable beds with crisp white sheets, and plenty of closet space for all your clothes and ski gear. It is an easy, 6-minute walk to the lifts although they also have a shuttle van. Our favorite is to relax at the end of the day in the heated, rooftop pool and watch the colors of the mountain change as the sun sets. The restaurant offers a range of delicious breakfast buffet and menu items. The dinners are even more special with a creative offering of regional and international food exceptionally prepared and served. Your only dilemma will be to choose between the choices. Each dinner begins with a variety of starters (don't be afraid to ask for a second round of your favorites), a first course and a main... followed by cheese and desserts. The special staff always treats us well. I'd like to especially note the service in the restaurant by Giuseppe, Miriana, Sophia, Marco and Martin. They were always helpful, friendly, and professional. They always made us feel welcome and at home. Thank you also Francesca at the bar and Illaria at the pool. We hope to be back next year.

Have been in more than 10 Falkensteiner hotels so far and usually always face some bad experience in some segment of the hotel. However this Falkensteiner Kronplatz hotel was really superb! Super friendly staff, great food with local flavour, good SPA program and nice rooms. Really a great experience all in all. Things which should be improved: 1. Elevators are very slow 2. Charging station is 35 EUR per charging which for hybrid cars with small batteries is not a good option. Usually hotels in such categories and ambition have free charging for guests

Very friendly staf in hotel, very good food👍.Especially is fantastic member of staf in restaurant - Miriana.Very good rooms, cleaning services, welness is beautiful, very good swiming pool, All people here are absolutly fantastic.Congratulation👍.
