Most hotels in Montreal are over priced. Motel R-100 is old but it is well maintained. It is not a fancy hotel but the price is reasonable.

They tried to increase the price already negociated on *******, I asked for a credit

This place is quite ok for such a price. I was shocked when I learned that they have rooms for smokers. This is awesome, i think. But, 1 day some methhead though that I am her dealler and tryed to get in my room. It was not scary, i was just confused and it also was a bit funny. This place is good for poor smoking travellers, 4/5

The hotel is certainly showing its age and looks very 70's inside and out. The walls are also quite thin, so I'll leave it to your imagination how much fun it is to have active neighbors. With that said, it was still quite clean and the staff were friendly. There's not a terrible lot to do in the area and the traffic's a nigh**are for getting in and out, but there are places to eat within walking distance. For how inexpensive the stay is overall compared to many spots in the region, it's hard to be too critical.

LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES!!! In a very unsafe area Was disgusting!!! We walked in and you could tell it wasn’t clean. The air felt dirty!!!!

Stayed for one night only, it was okay. Didn't really like the moldy smell. It was $100 but honestly should worth around $60-70.

Booked a 1 bed room and got assigned a 2 bed room. Then proceeded to harass for a payment of 120$ on the second day of staying.

Overall, it’s a quiet facility however very far from business activity. Came with my car, however, access to public transport from this location is complicated as there’s so much construction happening around. When you’re coming back to the motel after 8pm, get your own food from town otherwise, you’re not going to get any food business around.
