パルコ デイ プリンチピ ホテル リゾート(Parco dei Principi Hotel)

Beautiful hotel, impeccably clean. Lack of A/C at night made for total insomnia. Lack of Wi-fi was also problematic as we need to plan our trips in advance and communicate with family and friends. Shower flow was often a trickle and there was an initial smell when pouring the water. But I want to especially mention Francesca in the bar and dining room who made us feel very special and welcome. And we really appreciated Mario the musician, he was very entertaining. And the Maître D’ was also very helpful and responsive to our needs. So all in all, not sure of ever returning here.

This hotel is an architectural wonder with its design, spectacular lobby, fountains, etc. But unfortunately it is now run by the government. All the staff are wonderfully pleasant and welcoming, even the curly liar-in-chief at the front desk. Unfortunately the wifi only works in the lobby and is unavailable in the rooms. They lie repeatedly about it saying it’s only on the “second” floor, then that it will be repaired “tomorrow” etc. Also the A/C temperature for each individual room is controlled by a computer at the front desk. You can only try to control the flow of air in your room. When we stayed there in May, we found out they only activate the A/C when the temperature is above 25C (77C) despite asserting they had lowered the temperature in our room. But the temperature in our room was more like 82F to 85F according to my alarm clock thermometer. It felt like a sauna and made it very difficult to sleep. Even opening the window didn’t help with no breeze coming in and the air fan being disabled when the window was open. Plus the hard mattress didn’t help. On top of that, the elevator stopped between floors once and the light went off. Fortunately I had my phone with me and was able to locate the emergency button with its flashlight. When the elevator restarted and I finally arrived at the lobby level, some “manager” was there with some tool, and chided me for pressing the emergency button !!!

Beautiful place. Everyone was very nice. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

Not impressed at all. Although the hotel was practically empty, all of the guests were in rooms next to each other, and it was NOISY! The mattress was so old and uncomfortable. It was sunken in the middle, super thin, and the springs were poking me all night. TV didn't work. Lamp didn't work. No tissues. Reeked of chlorine. Breakfast was sad. It was probably a great hotel in the past (they have plaques in the lobby saying they won awards many years ago) but it's like they stopped trying.

Calls itself a resort....it is not. Check into the room and there is no water. Finally fixed, but they never fixed the ant infestation in the bathroom. Our first night there was a wedding at the hotel. At 2 in the morning it sounded like the DJ was standing on our deck, the music was so loud. The following morning the manager says he "asked them" to turn down the volume and play soft music but they would not. He's the manager. Unplug the damn DJ equipment. Another wedding the next night with fireworks at 11 pm, but at least it was over after the fireworks. Service was awful, and it is pretty bad when you are dining in their dining room and they have to steal salt and pepper shakers off the tables because they do no have enough for the restaurant. We traveled all over southern Italy and this was the WORST hotel of our trip

Le socie e i soci del centro sociale "Sabino D'ACUNTO" di Isernia, dal 3 giugno al 12 giugno 2024, hanno soggiornato presso questa struttura alternando delle escursioni e sosta per il lido, l'indice di gradimento è stato eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista. Infatti, alle socie e ai soci durante il viaggio di ritorno da Roccella Jonica a Isernia, hanno avuto modo di esprime il proprio indice di gradimento con un questionario. Il largo consenso del gradimento, ha visto prevalere l' eccellente, con ottimo a far da corollario. Però devo sottolinerare. quanto scritto da una socia o socio " Ciao Leandro, ciao Fernando (direttore della struttura), Mario (animatore musicale, Antonio (maitre) e a tutti i collaboratori, la verità è fatta di poche parole e io ne dico una sola : " GRAZIE " Un grazie anche a tutti i soci e socie del "Sabino D'ACUNTO" che hanno contribuito a rendere questa vacanza molto piacevole. Altri si sono già prenotati per l'anno prossimo, significando che vedremo di riperterla a settembre, visto che una decina di soci, hanno dovuto disdire per imprevisti.

Consigliatissimo Hotel davvero bello e accogliente, personale gentile e colazione super e con l'imbarazzo della scelta, camere pulite con tutti i comfort,con balconi e un panorama mozzafiato,chi va a Roccella Jonica o Caulonia deve scegliere questo hotel

Sono stato ospite per un matrimonio, location eccezionale, personale disponibile ed educato. Cibo ottimo, servizio eccellente, camerieri di sala educati e attenti. Particolare menzione per il buffet a bordo piscina. Perfettamente curato dai responsabili Giovanni e Giuseppe, anche loro attenti e cortesi. Da tornarci

Esperienza culinaria eccellente! Amiamo cenare e pranzare quasi sempre presso il Ristorante "La Badessa" del Parco dei Principi, oramai è casa nostra! Lo Chef Domenico Pasqualino è veramente un professionista ed un' artista dei fornelli, questo piatto " la Corte d' Assise aMare" lo ha creato apposta per noi, eccellente! Il Maitre Mauro è molto professionale, attento e ci coccola! Tutto lo staff è disponibile e gentile. Spesso rimaniamo a dormire e bisogna ammettere che le camere sono super pulite, super igienizzate ed i letti molto confortevoli! Ve lo STRAconsigliamo✌🏻
