ハイウェイのアクセスが良い 遅いチェックインも早朝のチェックアウトも対応していただき大変助かりました。

ホテルは閑静な所にあり、夜も静かだった。 部屋は広く部屋の設備も良かったが、ヒーターユニットの音が気にかかった。朝食はシンプルだったが、基本的な朝食が食べられた。近くにはチェーンレストランとコーヒー店、アジア系レストランもあるので食事するには選択が可能でした。

アミュニティが偽り

ここに来るときはいつもここに泊まります。中華系スーパーとFMP（フードパン屋）が近いので便利です。朝食はシンプルですが、十分です。

自宅のエアコンが故障したので、一泊だけ部屋を予約しました。部屋は良かったのですが、エアコンの効きが強すぎたので、電源を切らざるを得ませんでした。スリッパや使い捨てのアメニティはありませんでした。ヨーロッパ風の朝食はシンプルで、*、4種類のトースト、3～4種類のデザート、ヨーグルト、2種類のジュース、レモネード、フルーツ、コーヒーなどがありました。ホテルにはルームサービスのあるレストランがあります（メニューは見ましたが、営業時間は確認できませんでした）。ゴミ箱は分別されていて、青いゴミ箱はリサイクル可能なゴミ用でした。チェックインは深夜0時でしたが、フロントの若い男性は全く笑顔がなく、感じが悪かったです。対照的に、翌朝チェックアウトした際、フロントの女性2人はとても親切でした。クレジットカードで150ドル、または現金で200ドルのデポジットが必要です。

マーカムで唯一選べるホテル。朝食は食事。ジャグジーは私のお気に入り。ジャグジー付きの部屋を予約することをおすすめします。

値段がかなり高かったので、相対的な価値は下がった。シーツは毎日、あるいは2日に1回交換されることもなく、交換が必要かどうかも聞かれなかった。部屋はひどい臭いがした！朝食はゆで*、パン、ヨーグルト、コーンチップス、フルーツ、薄いコーヒー、紅茶だった！ソーセージとベーコンは追加料金8ドルだった！

エアコンの音が少しうるさい。

部屋はとても静かで、清掃も迅速で、とても快適な滞在でした。

The service was okay, and the employees seemed responsible and helpful. The room was acceptable, but it was not the cleanest compared with other hotels I have stayed at. There was also some smell in the washroom, so I believe there may be an issue that needs attention. The breakfast was basic. There was no hot food included unless you paid extra, so it depends on how you evaluate the value. However, the restaurant for lunch and dinner was quite good, and the food quality was worth trying. Overall, it was a decent stay, but cleanliness and the washroom smell could be improved.

The room is clean and tidy. Facility is good except no kettle. Swimming pools is small but clean. Location is a little bit for from the mall. Staffs are nice and good.

The hotel room lacked basic amenities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste. We already knew slippers were not provided, but there was no electric kettle either. Most importantly, the receptionists showed no smile at all.

Comfortable and spacious room, staffs were helpful with check in.
