ホテルは閑静な所にあり、夜も静かだった。 部屋は広く部屋の設備も良かったが、ヒーターユニットの音が気にかかった。朝食はシンプルだったが、基本的な朝食が食べられた。近くにはチェーンレストランとコーヒー店、アジア系レストランもあるので食事するには選択が可能でした。

My only choice in Markham. Breakfast is food. Jacuzzi is my favorite make sure to book the jacuzzi room.

Overall was pretty good. The room was clean. Little bit dark in the room, if more lights will be better and the bathroom light was little bit dark, brighter will be much better.

A getting worse and worse hotel. Good location with poor breakfast. An option if with lower and less expectations.

Fair price, friendly staff, conveniently located. Overall we had a good experience and would return.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and cozy. The Jacuzzi in the bedroom was so worth it for me. Overall, the service was good.

If a kettle for boiling hot water is innthe hotel room, it will be perfect, especially in the cold days

The room had all the essentials however, the room had a foul stench and the AC unit kept me awake most of the night and it was too hot to shut it off.

The location is not very good, but it's OK if you drive yourself. The front desk staff are nice and the hygiene is OK. Overall it's OK.

We booked a 2 queen bed room for 2 nights but on the second night, the toilet is clogged. After calling the front desk, they left a plunger in the hall way. I went to the front desk and they claimed that the service manager is off and there is no room to swap. I was not please with the lady staff's response because they actually wanted customer to unclog the toilet themselves. A male stuff step in and he followed me to the room and unclogged the toilet. He was helpful but the female staff's customer service is terrible.

The pictures on have no relation to the property. It’s an older property.First room smelt musty , possibly from the a/c unit in the room. Second room a/c was newer so no smell. Staff are helpful.

I received good service from the hotel staff during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very simple but met my needs.
